Kara's Watches Recensioni

Buying a watch for over $10 thousands dollars online can be very discouraging and stressful. Because of the trustworthiness of Chrono24, I considered using that site as an alternative to the months long waiting list at Rolex. My experience trying to buy the watch I wanted was not easy. THEN, I discovered Kara's Watches and it was a dream come true. This is the biggest purchase I have ever made online. My anxiety led to having so many questions about the watch and the purchasing process. Shane answered every single one of my calls; some of which were outside the store's listed normal business hours. After I decided that I wanted to purchase the watch, I expressed that I needed to speak to my lady before making the final decision. The watch was then held and removed from Chrono24 for 2 weeks with a 10% deposit down. 5 days later, I purchased the watch. Shane called me while Fedex was at the store picking up the watch to ensure safe and preferred delivery was ensured. I was then called when the watch arrived at the pick up facility, not from FEDEX, but by Kara's Watches. The watch arrived brand new in original packaging and Warranty card. This level of customer service has earned Kara's watches my loyalty and I will contact them first before looking anywhere else for another luxury watch. I couldn't be anymore happy about the experience!

First time purchasing a watch online (Rolex). Kara's Watches walked me through the process and made me feel comfortable with each step of the process. My transaction included trading in another watch and that aspect was also handled exceptionally well. The Rolex was as described and received in very short order. Kara's Watches (and Shane) will be the first place I look for future watch purchases.

Quick delivery and the watch was delivered exactly as advertised.

Great watch and even better communication.
Thanks

My experience with Kara's Watches at Chrono24 was amazing! They responded quickly to my questions; we negotiated a fair price; the order shipped the next day after the payment was made and arrived in 3 business days perfectly packed and with the original product brand new as they described. I will definitely recommend this seller and will be coming back for more.

Perfect watch, exactly as advertised. A pleasure to deal with. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I purchased a new Rolex Submariner from Kara's Watches. Shane was very professional, knowledgeable and just a pleasure to deal with. He was very patient with me, explained the process from start to finish and answered all of my questions (even though I called him several times). They did not have the watch in hand when I purchased it but Shane explained to me when he expected to receive it and assured me they would indeed receive the watch. He also assured me the watch would be in new and unworn condition. Sure enough, he received it exactly when he told me he would and it arrived as described - new and unworn with all the boxes and papers.

I wouldn't hesitate purchasing from Kara's Watches again. It was an overall very pleasant experience.

Shane is indeed the best watch dealer I have met. I have been asking a lot of question and he answered every single one with patient. The watch came from Florida to LA for only 24 hours. Definitely recommended.
Thanks again for helping me get my dream watch Rolex gmt Batman.

The response time & service was outstanding. I placed the order around noon on Friday. had the watch delivered to my house the next day before noon. The gentleman who I dealt with was very nice and professional. Answered all my questions in detail and handled all the details. The watch arrived as described. It was a new watch and it was in perfect shape. It was priced lower than anyone else I could find. I am pleasantly surprised with the whole positive experience. Will definitely consider them for my next watch.

Watch delivered quickly and as advertised. Glad to add it to my collection. Thanks!

Had great experience . Ordered my watch and got it the next day in perfect condition. Would definitely recommend.

First watch purchase from Kara’s Watches. Shane was great to deal with. Very timely responses and a very smooth transaction. He more than accurately described the watch’s condition and it absolutely met my expectations. I would not hesitate to buy from Kara’s again.

Ordered a tag aquaracer and it came quick and in perfect condition. Highly recommend.

Kara’s watches made it so easy to purchase my first Rolex. I had visited a couple stores in the L.A. area, but demand is very high and you either have to know dealers, or get lucky walking into a store that has the watch you’re looking for on display. After failing at my walk-in attempts, I went online and found Kara’s watches on Chrono24. I already had an idea of fit, and how the watch looked on me. It was just a matter of finding the exact model I wanted. Kara’s watches had it in stock and for a great price (having shopped around already). I sent Kara’s watches a message with a couple questions, he responded very quickly, and it was a done deal. The watch arrived from Florida to CA in less than 24 hours. Packaging was nicely done, box and watch arrived unharmed. I will definitely consider Kara’s watches in the future when I begin expanding my collection. Thank you!

Unique and quality product. Great customer service. Fast delivery.

This was a positive experience. The Seller answered all my questions promptly and shipped the item quickly. The item arrived without any damage and exactly matched the description online. I’d definitely use this Seller again.

I ordered my watch and I am so pleased with what I received. Everything is in order and of great quality. I also received it in record time! I will definitely order from them again.

Excellent transaction! I needed an extra day to provide full funds and Kara’s Watches worked with me and allowed me to pay a deposit first and the rest the next day. Communicative throughout. Just overall top notch!

Excellent service. Received my timepiece extremely fast. Will definitely buy from them in near future.
