Sono fermi da un mese nel centro scambi in cina. Ho scritto ma mi hanno detto che stanno arrivando. Ora vedo che tutti hanno i miei stessi problemi e mi pento di aver comprato da loro.

For anyone reading this reply, we had a major logistics issue between the 26th of June 2019 and the 7th of July 2019. Orders were not sent out as we were changing suppliers so we could have a much better quality product and ironically faster shipping times.
However, the company grew too quick and we had no stock to send out these orders. When these orders were sent (with our old supplier) they have taken longer than anticipated.
We have now fully switched over to our new supplier with much higher quality products and faster shipping times. Anyone who does not receive their order within 15 days will get a 100% refund.
This has affected a only small minority of customers. From tomorrow we will be asking our 7000+ other customers who have received their item to give an honest review of the product.
You can also check our Instagram where we regularly share our customers selfies and reviews tagging @kanturoeyewear We decided to delete abusive instagram comments from customers who had already received a refund due to this issue as this issue has now been solved.
I am genuinely sorry to all those who were affected by this. This will never happen again and we would love to help you sleep better and have less headaches wearing our Kanturo Glasses.
