I initially placed an order back in…

I initially placed an order back in April and here it is, almost September and I have yet to receive the item I ordered and/or a full refund. I have repeatedly sent emails and now they aren’t responding. If I could just reach one customer, PLEASE do yourself a favor and never order anything from this “scam” of a clothing line.

I ordered from them before but this time I ordered back in Jan 2017 and here it is March 2018 and I’m still waiting even went down to Atlanta and found their store to be closed no one answered the phone I must have called 100 times. And they still have my money

Do not buy anything from then they are liars and they will steal your money. I purchased a pair a shorts from them in January and they sent my the wrong ones. I returned them back and asked for a refund because they could not honor the shipping date they agreed upon and I needed them by a certain date. I am still waiting for my refund and all they keep doing is sending me a repeat email that the order has been cancelled and it will take 7-14 days to get my money back. Beware!! You will not get what you ordered and you will not get your money back.

Unacceptable!

Unacceptable, not trustworthy! Ordered a dress in January for an event in February. The order never said shipped just said being fulfilled. I had to go out the day before and purchase a new dress. I sent an email to which they offered me a refund by Feb 22. I just sent an email because what was I supposed to forget- kamishade never sent the dress, or the refund! Look for another site- Save your time, money, and aggravation! They said I should see my refund now in 3 business days. I’m counting!! Or the Federal Trade Commission and Better Business will be on this!

Disgustingly dishonest and complete fraud!! BEWARE

Believe the reviews on here because they are ALL TRUE. I have proof of how they trick you into thinking you’re purchasing what you see in the picture but send you something TOTALLY different and they admitted it. They even try to convince me that square is the same thing as round....smh. Below are the email exchange between myself and Kami shade customer service representative: (start from the bottom on up)

Have you read any of your reviews?!? Clearly this is what you do to your customers because all of the complaints this year alone are basically the same issues I’m having with you now. EVERY SINGLE REVIEW IS BAD! So you must be pressed or you wouldn’t resort to putting pictures of an item that you KNOW is not what you will be selling to the customer. NO reputable company stoop to these measures if they are not pressed for my measly $30, btw I spent OVER $100 check my orders, and has ticketed items as high as $649..... please. Then you give refunds if the customer isn’t satisfied. You’re delusional if you think how you’re representing your products isn’t misleading and for a business that’s not pressed, your actions are exhibiting otherwise so please save it! You won’t last long nothing good ever comes out of wrongdoing and your trickery will be your demise. Also I have only received one glasses out of the three I ordered which I told you to cancel. And I did not receive any return instructions. CHECK OUT WHAT IS BEING SAID ABOUT YOU SO CALLED BUSINESS!! ALL THE SOCIAL SITES BECAUSE THEY ASKED THAT EVERYONE SHARE WITH ALL THEIR FAMILY AND FRIENDS. AND I WILL TOO!

Ordered a sequin gown on Cyber Monday. Received a COMPLETELY different dress than what was pictured. Not a dress that didn't fit but an entirely different dress all together. What was supposed to be a gown with a train went only to my mid-calf. Really? When I asked customer service about the discrepancy I was told I could return it for a store credit and I would also have to pay the shipping to return it back. So really, do I want a credit to buy something else that is totally misrepresented and a blatant lie? No, not really. Might as well buy something from Amazon, pay less, receive it in 2 days, and have the ability to return easily if needed. I will NEVER shop here again and I plan on telling all of my friends about this ridiculous company.

DONT SHOP HERE!! SCAM! It is unfortunate I cannot leave no stars for this location. Horrible customer service. Crappy products. I had to dispute with them and ship items back to them twice just to receive a refund. It wasn't about the money.. that I have it's about the principle and I didn't want Kami shade to have any of my well earned cash since they don't deserve it. Tried calling them and emailing but only response I would get was how rude. This has literally been a nightmare and I don't wish it upon anyone Kami shade needs to go out of business.

Be aware of this company

I was expecting to write a glowing review but it saddens me to have to write a bad review, my next step is to file a complaint with the bbb and a dispute with my credit card company. I placed a order, carefully measured myself and used their sizing chart to determine the correct size. After waiting longer than the expected time for delivery, the garment came. It was beautiful and it fit (although a little snugly) but it was a halter and it would not even meet at the back of my neck. Since their return policy clearly states that I am entitled to a exchange OR store credit, no refund, I opted for a exchange and asked for the next size up. I had to email them 3 times after I returned the item to get a response from them and finally they responded with a store credit. That would have been fine if I could have used it to order the same item one size larger. The problem was I would have had to pay an additional $54 for the exact same item. How that happened, I don't know. I sent the item back 2 days after I received it. It took them 5 days after they received it to notify me and suddenly I have to pay $54 more dollars for the same item? I didn't ask for a store credit, I asked for a exchange, just one size up. It is not unusual for a lady to have to exchange an item, especially if you can't try it on before hand but it is unreasonable to expect someone to pay $187 for the item.....find that their measuring chart is WRONG, have to pay $8.00 to return it, and now have to pay an additional $54 to buy it again????? The same item??? When their very own return policy says that I am entitled to a "store credit OR exchange". Well I wanted the exchange and they refused to give it to me. It is hard to get this company to communicate with you in a timely manner, their phone number is a fake number and now I believe as others here believe that they don't appreciate their customers, they're greedy, heartless, unethical, and they have no intentions of following their own policies. I will not do business with them again and will not suggest that any one else do business with them either. This was a stressful endeavor and it's not over yet. All I did to deserve this stress was try to purchase a jumpsuit. If you too have had problems with this company, file a complaint, not only with the BBB, but also the following Government Agencies:

Fraud - Be Aware - don't waste your time or money

They are a zero rated company! I'm enraged! Where do I begin... The pictures they use to show their merchandise are extremely inaccurate images of the clothes they sell. Fraud! The clothes are cheap cheap cheap and look nothing like what is in their pictures. The images they use on their website are stolen images that they do not have the rights to use. I am reporting the images as copyright infringement. I demanded a full return and sent the awful clothes back. They responded by email only offering store credit. They issued me store credit that is $100 lower then what I actually spent. This company is disgusting and the word SHADE in their brand name represents their ethics of being shadey!

Horrible Experience

After giving emailing KamiShade 3 times about my return, I then had to call them to be told my return may have been sold already and if I have no mail receipt of my returned parcel it will be hard to accommodate me, none the less I was given a store credit that I am now forced to use to be able to get my money back because I will never shop on this website again, plain out dishonest and rude. However they were in the middle of staff change and the new staff did do their best to grant me the store credit, in which I appreciate but unfortunately the old staff had already messed up my experience. You guys can't be having such expensive clothing with such horrible services.
Also re-evaluate you shipping methods to Canada and other parts of the world, $39.99 for what reason?? standard shipping between the States and Canada take 10 days at most with a 6.99$ cost or even free, that's extra. Its not like you guys are shipping to Madagascar where there is that possibility that the parcel goes through boats and submarines to get an address and even at that 39.99$ is absorb.
