Kamik does not have prepaid return labels. For this I am boycotting them. Do they have winter boots comparable to Sorrel, Columbia, North Face? I don’t know. Nonetheless, I will not purchase their footwear from any store. I ordered winter boots for my family online in Winnipeg from Sport Chek, Columbia, Timberland and Kamik. Sport Chek I can return in store, Columbia charges $7 for a return, Timberland has a prepaid return label. Why is it then, that a Canadian company such as Kamik has no way to return their merchandise even though they offer returns??? I had to pay $42.60 to Canada Post on an order of $186.86. That’s almost 1/4 the price! Is it my mistake for not checking the return policy before I placed an online order? Absolutely! Will I order footwear online anymore? NO! That’s a different issue than Kamik’s online return policy alone. I‘ll haul my family to the outlet mall and try them on first. So lesson learned. Don’t order much online. Nonetheless, I am boycotting Kamik. I am not buying a new pair of their boots for my family from any store ever again. I will choose other companies. It’s wrong to have no way for someone to return an online order for free in Canada where I bought them from.

Bought a pair of wellie - Waterpoof boots (£49.00) for my daugther and after 6 months, these boots are not waterproof anymore. My daugther came home very often with her socks totally wet. Returned via Mountain Warehouse Marketplace and they say: the seller (Kamik) doesn't accept that the boots are faulty and they will not execute the warranty. Even after sending images and returned the product. This brand is totally a fraud. DO NOT BUY their products.

I bought a pair of Kamik boots new and paid full price. I have had them for years but only wore them a few times per year. While the sole and shoelaces are still in great shape, the material of the boots is sticky and disintegrating. They cannot be worn and Kamik doesn't care.

Wife got frost nip on her toes in -6 wearing Kamik Canada canucks rated to -40 if you value your safety do NOT buy these boots.

Their online shop is a scam! I made one order which went through but didn’t receive any confirmation email or order number. I made another one thinking the first one didn’t go through. Now I have received two boots but they are wrong size. I already returned the one with order number and had to pay 22$ for a 94$ boot!
And still dont know what to do with the other pair. There is no customer support. No phone number to call. Only a useless contact form. Avoid online shopping from Kamik.com

They canceled my order after five business days, saying the boot I purchased was suddenly out of stock and they were discontinuing the style. While they did issue my refund immediately and gave me a coupon code to use on a new product that reflected the sale at the time, I still found the experience very unprofessional and not a great way to retain customers.

These boots are great. Waterproof, comfortable, pretty warm. I bought them specifically for my autumn visit in Scotland. They weathered the cool, wet weather…as well as the muddy puddles I stepped in several times.
I never leave reviews, but these boots were such a great purchase..exactly what I was looking for!

I bought a pair of women’s boots a year and a half ago and both boots now have large holes where the sole meets the fabric. This lets in snow and water. I wrote to Kamik customer service and send pictures and the would not provide any help since it was over a year. I was really disappointed as the boots were obviously made poorly of both had the same defect. Don’t buy Kamik if you hope to get more than one year out of them.

I love Kamik boots, I buy them for my kids every year. However their return policy is that they give you the address and you have to mail the product back. It cost me $19 to ship back $60 boots because they didn't fit. It's not worth it.
