Easy Purchasing

Quick response

I mistakenly accepted a special offer at seven in the evening and wrote to the company explaining this. In the morning I had a message from Julie letting me know she was working on the problem and by the time I got home from church, it was taken care of. I was very appreciative since it was over $200 that I would have lost.

They were very nice about doing a gift…

They were very nice about doing a gift card because they were sold out of the product that I had ordered, but since they got the gift card to me today, and I ordered, I am confused because now they said they have to refund again. I don't really understand.

Needed a new charger for my iPhone XS

The site was well organized and detailed. I was able to work thru the list of accessories and determine the best one for what I needed. This site had rechargers no longer available on the Apple site for older phones since some of us don't buy a new phone every year. Great site!
