A huge shout-out to Lily at Kalkine for making stock trading so much less intimidating! I came to Kalkine with very little knowledge about US company trading, and Lily has been an absolute lifesaver. She goes above and beyond, scheduling calls when it's convenient for me and providing clear, actionable recommendations on specific companies to trade. What I particularly appreciate is her guidance on when to exit a trade after making a profit – this is something many services overlook. Kalkine's recommendations, as Lily explained, are based on their in-depth study of business news and probabilities, which shows a sophisticated understanding of the market. Only been with Kalkine about a week and so far very happy. Roger is helpful and very knowledgeable. Looking forward to a successful future with them.

They have now called me a few times (as they bought my data from somewhere). After saying no multiple times in the first call, she kept pushing, and we agreed to call me back the day after (I missed the call). I got another call today. After saying no multiple times again, I got some very rude responses: "Why do you keep wasting my time?"

I was in the car with my family, who were shocked by how she spoke to me.

They bought my contact (name and phone number) from some leaked sources and cold called me. They claimed to have got it from zoominfo, which ‘could not’ find my profile in their record. I will never trust a company in investment using such dodgy practice.

Shaun and Jimmy are very helpful with questions. They call frequently and provide support when possible. Can't pick up all the time but can have access to Jimmy/Shaun at times when I call back.

Really helpful and easy to get hold of on the phone. If they miss your call they ring back straight away which I value highly. Roger is enthusiastic and provides good instructions for which shares to buy. Returns have been very positive. So far so good.

Entry level membership recomendations and analysis were of little to no value, but have recently moved up to a more expensive tier and seeing the benefits so far

I had a very nice experience dealing with Shaun and Jimmy. They are so polite and well informed.I had beneficial results from their consultation.

Pressure sales "we are not selling anything" calls don't wash with me and are very outdated ways of...... selling/making money.

I don't trust calls like this. Or the fact that they have acquired my data and name and telephone number with out any consent.

Extremely pushy sales representative (Josh) who kept calling me multiple times from different phone numbers, despite me not being interested in their offering.

I'd advise to stay away from this company.

Recent experience with a new client manager is poor. One of the recommendations has gone bust. Lost all my money. It is the second time this has happened with Kalkine.
