Website guidance paper?

Your team are very friendly and approachable. I did allocate a small proportion of my available investment funds to see how it pans out. Unfortunately all have plunged into the negative. But I appreciate it is a volatile market and hopefully will pick up.
Anyway, a great improvement is if you could supply supportive guidance to your website. It should be possible to provide a simple page or so explaining how to navigate the site and keep track of shares. I have made notes but sometimes I needed advice. I left messages via your web communications and no one responded. Obviously I need to contact either Nigel or Lisa in person and will do so in future.
Meanwhile look forward to working with you when the markets pick up.

A thorough and competent introduction
In guiding me through the online resources subscribed to the representative involved (Drake) was thorough and mindful that I understood how to use the tools provided to the best effect. I am adequately introduced to each of the Kalkine platform's features to trial it.
