Chris has done all of our work for the buisness and I can’t recommend him enough. Really professional, efficient and good value. In our industry when something goes down due to networks etc we need it fixing asap otherwise we cannot trade. Chris has proven to be reliable and available even on Friday evenings and weekends when we are the most busy. There’s nothing that he hasn’t been able to fix!
I’ve known Chris for a few years lad he’s provided IT support for the last two companies I’ve worked at. His IT support and outstanding customer service (he speaks human, rather than tech jargon) make him a natural go-to when things go wrong. Recently I called Kalidus with a laptop problem, Chris diagnosed the problem from the info I gave him, the broken part was swapped and the laptop was up and running again in no time. Knowledge, service and price were all spot on.
I've been using Kalidus IT Services for a while now, and they never disappoint! Recently, they helped me sort out my laptop and backed up all my files with ease. They're always happy to assist remotely when I need help urgently, which has been a lifesaver! Highly recommend their efficient and friendly service.
