Had first aid training this morning with Hannah and Kelly from Kaizen and they were amazing educators. I feel like I left with a plethora of knowledge and so much confidence that if I was needed in case of emergency I could help

I got an opportunity to attend training on movement and handling at kaizen.I really enjoyed the session as it was very informative .Moreover the trainer was awesome ,she makes the whole session interesting indeed.

Just sat a 2 day top up SIA door supervisor course, would like to thank Brian and Suzanne for the welcoming atmosphere, the attention to detail on the coursework and paperwork required to sit this course, the ease of coursework which was informative and educational, and the commitment Brian and Suzanne clearly put into their work, definitely will be using again, thank you, Paul

Excellent facilities, great location and course very well delivered by trainer.

Good communication for course, good venue and trainer all made very easy to attend.

Really worth while and informative

Hannah was an excellent teacher for my medication and moving and handling training. She especially ensured I felt confident enough to operate a hoist as I was not as comfortable as others. She has made this 9am-3pm session run so smooth and fast, this was an enjoyable experience instead of a tedious one.

Great Teacher, very detailed and helped us lighten up the grey areas.

Fabulous first aid training with Sharon, very informative and knowledgeable, left feeling confident about my abilities :-)

Hannah was very consciousness, friendly and assuring in her approach to teaching the first aid course. I would certainly recommend anyone do their first aid training with Hannah from Kaizen.

Lots of information, learnt a lot, Hannah is really good at explaining and helping me understand what I’m supposed to be doing, was fun and interactive.

Really in depth emergency 1st aid course delivered by Hannah today from Kaizen. Learning new things about 1st aid gives me confidence to apply the Learning into real life scenarios.
