Just had Sharon and Nicol for 6 hours on First Aid.
Fantastic knowledge and interesting learning.

Throughly recommend.

Kaizen, and excellent training company. The assessor were knowledgeable, engaging and supportive, especially my assessor,Karen Taylor.

I recently completed my SVQ 3 and can’t thank my tutor Karen enough!

Karen explained each unit and would go back over anything I was unsure on, Karen was organised which helped massively when I thought I wasn’t going anywhere but she always made me see the light at the end of the tunnel and her on going support and words of encouragement and praises gave me the confidence to push my self and complete the course :) as much as I am happy to be finished I will miss Karen !

Nicole was approachable and quick to say if you do it wrong. She made it more enjoyable than most courses I’ve attended

I have just completed my qualification with Kaizen. My tutor Karen was really good in guiding me through this. Karen set a good pace that I worked well to. Great knowledge of the qualification that I was doing. Would definitely recommend them for future training/qualifications. Thank you Karen for making it a very positive experience.

the experience was amazing they were understanding and made me feel good would come back 100% told us we can come back anytime if we need more help or want to go back and revisit any information. wouldn’t think it was Nicole first time doing a lesson

I had an absolutely, outstanding tutor Laura. She was very patient with me and explained things when I struggled. Always on hand to help via email, text message, phone call or video call! Wouldn’t have passed without her!!
