I ordered figurines from this company 5 weeks ago and they haven't arrived. I understand a delivery delay BUT, what's concerning me more is that I've sent them 4 emails over the last week and they are completely ignoring me. So I've paid my money and received nothing. Please, please don't let that happen to you. Definitely don't buy from this company as they just can't be trusted.
I ordered a Jizo statue from KaizenScrolls and was honestly impressed when it arrived. The craftsmanship is really nice and the details are much better than I expected from the photos online. It has a solid, stone-like feel and looks beautiful in the garden.
I had issues initially with my order and not hearing from them and delayed communication. But, it worked out and they rectified the situation. There little stone figurines arrived and they were lovely. Good quality and worth the initial communication breakdown. Thanks for sorting this out and for your sincere apology
PROBLEM SORTED! The other monk arrived but took a little longer than expected (ordered both 17th Dec and missing piece arrived in Feb due to manufacturing overseas). But he’s very sweet!! Company extremely apologetic.
BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!! My husband ordered a set of 2 monks- and only one arrived. He’s now contacted them 3 times via their webpage and twice on instagram and they haven’t replied.
Next step for us is going back to our credit card company. The little monk that arrived is lovely- but there are 2 in the set- and we have paid for 2. Company are clearly ignoring our messages. Product good- Customer service is shocking.
