First of many trips to Kaizen today! The girls on reception were wonderfully welcoming, and my Deluxe Hydrafacial was the best facial I've ever had! Danika is so thorough and professional. I can't wait to go back and become a regular.

My last visit to Kaizen today (maybe!!) and I am going to miss the professional approach of the team, their friendliness and understanding of your needs.
The clinic is clean and clinical but also comfortable with very tasteful decor.
Charlotte has been amazing, so a big thank you to her.

Had the best hyrda facial today with Danika who was so professional and really understood the product, she explained the process of the procedure and I left glowing.

I have come back to Kaizen for Laser Tattoo Removal. As ever, the staff at Kaizen are so polite and friendly, always able to assist with further questions. Furthermore, they always take the time to explore everything, and I felt very looked after by them. Thank you again to Charlotte and Danika!

Visited Kaizen Medical 5 times so far and saw both Charlotte and Danica for IPL facial treatment to help my rosacea and redness. All treatments have really helped, my skin is visibly less red and looks much better. The girls are all lovely and put you at ease. I would not hesitate to recommend Kaizen Medical to others.

I had my first ever botox with Dr Victoria Wright and I'm loving the results. I was worried before the treatment as botox has some bad press but Dr Victoria answered all my questions and dealt with any concerns.

It was a pleasure to see Dr. Aston and Karen again, we were looked after in a very inclusively and friendly. My treatment and results were comprehensively explained.
I left feeling totally reassured.

I had a consultation as was keen to purchase some of the products. Some I had used before and others not. They provided such a warm friendly experience. Were so helpful. After the consultation I realised I was not using the right products which were contributing to some of my problems. Which ones would be good and which to steer clear of. 💯 recommend

As always Emma, Chloe and Charlotte were amazing, friendly and kind.

The transformation to my skin has helped me so much in building my confidence. As a sun lover you do not appreciate until you mature what damage you are doing.

I am very happy to have found Dr Richard Ashton who treated me for Basal Cell Carcinoma. He made me feel at ease was very knowledgable and explained the procedure clearly. Dr Ashton and is nurse Karen were superb during the procedure and aftercare. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone. Everyone at Kaizen were very friendly and helpful.

She talked me through the whole process clearly and was so lovely through my whole first experience.

I have always been very happy with the treatments I have had. I have recently been having laser tattoo removal sessions with Danika and the service and advice is great, Danika is so helpful and knowledgeable 😊

Made welcome on my visit, seen promptly by dermatologist, small cyst removed and stitched straight away. Stitches removed a week later, job done in less time than trying to get past the GP's receptionist. Would recommend. The operation was on 08/10/2024 not 10/08/2024 as displayed but it puts that non English way of presenting the date without the option to correct.
