Do not purchase from here. Product quality is terrible and there is zero customer service- promised refunds and collection of faulty product which never materialises.

This company is terrible and should not be allowed to trade.
I ordered a Nara Woven Pendant from Kaito and Co. The order was expected to arrive between Tuesday 9 and Thursday 11 but it did not arrive. The method of tracking the delivery i.e. using shop also does not work. I emailed Kaitoandco about the issue and they have been unresponsive (they refuse to answer emails) and have not communicated the status of delivery or whether they will issue a refund. Let’s just say, I am still waiting. I would give this company a zero rating if I could, considering the price of the lampshades is not cheap. Buy at your own risk.
