Rude, pushy and just genuinely awful
Staff was so unbelievably rude and pushy. We decided to walk away from a deal to think things over and the staff as we were walking out started shaking her head at us. When discussing details of the car, the staff member was forceful and undermining. Felt completely forced and overall just a rubbish experience. I really think whoever manages this particular member of staff needs to have some serious words with her as she delivered the very worst customer service ever I’ve ever experienced.

Excellent service from all the sales staff
All the staff who helped us to purchase a new car were really knowledgeable and helpful. Helping us to narrow down our search, taking cars out for a test drive, and eventually buying the one we wanted. On the day of collection, sorting out road tax and part exchanging our old car, the sales assistant was really quick and efficient!

Really good experience with Ash
We had a really good experience with Ash at JW Autos. He was very accommodating and did all he could to help us select the right vehicle. The manager could not allow any negotiation on the price of the car which was unfortunate however the overall customer service from Ash was great. Thanks again.

I love my new car!

I went along to look at a car I had seen online. I didn't know if I would be buying or not but the service I received made me feel in safe hands so I purchased the car, and from start to finish the experience went smoothly Sunny and Lilly were professional and easy to deal with. No Care For Customers
Awful service regarding complaints handling and complying with legislation.
Had nothing but trouble with my vehicle since day 1 and have been attempting to return the vehicle since within 30 days of purchase back in February
Since going down this route Inese i have been ignored, fobbed off and outright disrespected.
I have never witnessed a more shameful service as someones who id regulated by the FCA
When i spoke to Inese asking to speak to the owner as i didn’t think she was dealing with the complaint fairly or promptly she replied “lifes not fair”
Could you imagine receiving this response from a regulated company and senior manager.
Spend your time and money elsewhere as if your car has a problem, god help you.
Will be pursuing legal action against JW autos

Service from start to finish was very accommodating and friendly, was very helpful and friendly and gave multiple options and avenues to go down and made sure that I was happy with every step , walked away with a new car and very informative and relaxed.

Lovely experience
