Highly recommend
I bought my Clio from JWAutos just before Christmas and I can’t fault the service. Everyone was so lovely from the moment we arrived. I was shown the car taken out for a test drive and all my questions answered. Drove away the same day and have been loving the car ever since. I’d highly recommend the team here.

I didn’t feel pushed or rushed to make a decision and now I’m left with a beautiful car.

Don't buy anything from here, especially a warranty. They making a lot of money from warranty but you don’t get anything!!!
JW Autos sold me an overpriced £1,000
extended warranty - around three times the price listed on the Warranties2000 website.
After I wrote this review, their manager, 1nese, personally promised to take full responsibility, saying they would either refund the full warranty cost so I could handle the repair myself, or help me deal with the warranty company to get the repair covered. I trusted these promises and followed up multiple times, but after months of ignored emails and visits, nothing was done. No refund, no support, and no resolution was provided.
I am now preparing a formal complaint to the Motor Ombudsman. This experience clearly shows how JW Autos mis-sold the warranty and failed entirely to support their customers.

Don't Buy the Warranty
We bought the car back in June and the staff were pleasant and helpful. The problem is they sold us a warranty which isn't worth the paper it's written on as it doesn't cover wear and tear which I found out after trying to make a claim. We're now £800 out of pocket thanks to this useless product.
