Leigh - our rep in St Lucia was supportive and super helpful. Always made sure we were on and booked our restaurants for the evening meal. Her knowledge of the island was super helpful.
It was helpful for Leigh to meet us in the Gatwick lounge because she double checked we had visa entry paperwork.

We had an unbelievable tour in Norway and saw the Northern Lights two days in a row. There was nothing on the trip that could have been better - from flights to hotel, location, tour manager, fellow travellers and excursions - all top quality. Many people in the group agreed that the admin needed a closer eye to detail.

I took the Just You holiday 'Switzerland's Scenic Railways and Alpine Winter Wonders' in January 2026. I booked it knowing the highlight of the trip was the journey on the famous Glacier Express train. However I discovered the evening before the historic journey had been reduced by half and did not include the famous UNESCO Landwasser Viaduct part, in fact we got off the train one stop before it. This was incredibly disappointing, I didn't mind the journey being shortened but not cutting out the highlight landmark! I did look at staying on the train but didn't feel safe taking the then connecting trains back as it would have been very late at night and included a solo walk back to the hotel. On sharing my disappointment with 'Just You' they said that they had shown the start and end points on a (not to scale) diagram of the itinerary. The diagram was a series of lines not labelled with the journey names. They claimed this was enough information for a customer to determine the journey had been shortened and the landmarks removed. They have since added to the Glacier Express written description the place name details of the start and finish. This for me is still not clear enough as you need to research yourself the actual journey and note where the highlights are to realise it was a shortened version. I feel I was duped by Just You as this was suppose to be a bucket list trip at a premium price. Check all details before you book!

The 5 days in Porto were good, apart from the fact that the hotel rooms were hot and the food cold and bland. The Lisbon coast hotel was good apart from cold rooms but the food was hot here.

The day in Lisbon was exactly as Bruce Pollendine described in an earlier post today. I quote, ‘We spent half of our time that day in the Naval museum ! It just felt like we were doing what the tour guide wanted …’

Personally, I especially wanted to see the Belem Tower. All we got to see from the coach was a view of the tower in the distance, shrouded in protective material as it is being renovated, but this wasn't mentioned in the itinerary or on the website.

I also was disappointed and shan’t be using Just You again either.

A mixed review from me. TM Karolina was excellent, and she and fellow guests made the holiday. I have a huge negative, which was one of the highlights of the trip, eating in restaurant on Christmas Day didn’t take place. I have raised this with JY and have been fobbed off with “this was last minute/ unexpected”, er No, we were told in Prague it hadn’t been booked. Hotel was in good location, but food not great. Last nights meal in brewery was a bit of a disaster as sat next to very rowdy stag group, not JY’s fault but disappointing all the same. Low number of stars from me, as not happy with JY’s response to my complaint.
Having seen JYs reply here, I am disappointed that JY have yet to reply to my response to their complaint response that I had sent to them, and have not answered the questions I raised.

Helpful member of staff made the booking process simple and easily understood. I booked the holiday the day after coming back from another holiday with your company so you can tell I am pleased with my experience.

I felt that the holiday I had with Just You didnt live up to my expectations. In particular the Itinerary which I felt offered so much, didn't deliver. Being in Portugal over the Christmas holiday gave us so many opportunities to see and experience the life, culture and beautiful scenery that was on offer. The itinerary promised 5 days of activities culminating in a day trip to Lisbon. What was delivered was in effect 5 half days where we left the hotel at 09.30 and frequently returning at 2.30 or 3 pm. Often the trip was accompanied by a very experienced tour guide who was very knowledgeable, however on the Lisbon day for instance we spent half of our time that day in the Naval museum ! It just felt like we were doing what the tour guide wanted. Of course it could be said that participation in the itinerary was optional and I could have explored on my own - and that's fair comment - however you don't know what you don't know and in hindsight on several of the days, I should have done just that. Lastly - a comment on the hotel we stayed at. It was a very good hotel , in a great location with OK facilities, but the standard of the food was poor as was the selection. We did mention this several times to our host and he tried to have improvements made, however in general the standard remained poor, especially at dinner.

Organisation very good, pre travel info, tour guide and itinerary all good. Hotel fine, hotel staff very friendly. Food could have been better.

My first solo holiday was great. A little nervous I guess, but didn't take long to realise how well you are looked after. I went over Christmas. Nice group of people, mix of ages. 90% women!

Great week with new & old friends.
