poor service and customer service
On May 18, 2026, I went to the Just Tyres garage in Strood to change two front tires and get an alignment. The employee said it could take 50 minutes and that I could go shopping if I wanted because there are many shops nearby. I went, so I didn't check if he had done the alignment. When I arrived 30 minutes later, it was already done. On June 17, 2026, less than a month later, I changed the rear tires and asked for an alignment at another garage near my house (STS Tyre Pros). To my surprise, the rear alignment was fine, but the front wasn't. I went to Just Tires and spoke with Zack, who said that the alignment had been misaligned in 29 days. I only use the car to go to work; I live in Gillingham and work in Bluewater, and I only use the motorway. How is it possible that the steering is misaligned? I do not recommend this garage (Just Tyres) because of their poor customer service and the service they provided me.

Easy online but not so quick…
I used the Aylesbury branch of Just Tyres to buy online, book an appointment and fit, track and balance 4 new tyres for my Volvo SUV. I used Google AI to tell me a good rated company locally that stocked the right tyres and it took me there. That was all super easy and took minutes to do online. When I arrived they were helping a lady who had had some malicious damage to her tyres. They were very sympathetic and kind to her. I left my keys and went to work remotely from the cafe up the road. They said they were running late. I called before I returned and they needed a while longer. It was a great service by lovely human beings but it did take them 2.5hrs to fit my tyres even though it was all booked in (so I held back a star). With some tighter management they could be a bigger business - making the most of the Google boost right now… but then it wouldn’t be the same place.

Aware Of tyre delivery status
Turned up and the tyres were there, appreciated that the team on site had said it had been a close thing, this showed they had been monitoring the situation.

Fast and efficient service
Fantastic service! I took my car in this morning to have a tyre replaced and the whole process was incredibly quick and efficient. The staff were friendly, professional, and had everything sorted in less than 10 minutes. I was really impressed with how smoothly it all went and was back on the road in no time. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone needing a tyre change or other tyre services.

Proper dodgy staff member I ask for a tire to get repaired and that I can only pay with a credit card the manager said it was fine after they inspected the tire they tried to sell me an over price tire at a inflated price I refuse told them to put the spare tire on the technician said to me that card machine is not working at the moment but I have already stated when I arrive I only have card only technician was getting very aggressive saiding he done all this work for nothing trying to twist my words in the end I paid by card and the manager was trying to not provide me with a receipt proper dodge people
