Staff issues beyond their control caused the team issues. The area manager was on site to helped to keep the service up. Good advice excellent service and care.

Definitely didn’t do tracking or balancing. Car feels dangerous on motorway. Service was disgraceful

I ordered tyres through black circle, which didn't deliver on time - this was annoying, but these things happen. This wasnt helped by the fact that the guy working at the Woodley location made me wait 30mins before telling me my tyres hadnt arrived. I subsequently cancelled that order and re-ordered directly through Just Tyres.

The second time I visited, I was asked to wait in reception. The two members of staff were just chatting with the other customer for over 20mins. Zero urgency, zero professionalism.

Then it took a further 40mins to fit my two tyres, with the older guy disappearing several times out the back for most of the process.

I paid for tracking, and it was not done. The older guy told the younger to "just leave it" under his breath. Im guessing he didn't think I'd hear.

They also made me fill out the same A4 form TWICE, despite having provided all my details when ordering online.

Finally, they kept my locking wheel nut, so I had to drive back a third time to collect.

Absolutely shocking. Avoid.

Turned up for appointment and had left work early. Woodley centre had no record of my appointment after I purchased tyres online a few days before. No telephone call from company to say tyres not delivered. Absolutely furious to turn up and they don't have my tyres I paid for. I don't blame the Woodley centre they apologised. Clearly the fault of their ordering system. Will never use this company again.

Fitter was on his own so my booked appointment was 50 minutes late, which wasn’t his fault. Felt like it was pointless booking in.
Locking wheel nut wasn’t easily found so ended up having to just take tyre to go elsewhere to get it fitted subsequently having to pay extra.
Might as well have gone somewhere else as a drop in for the waste of my time and additional expense I ended up incurring.

Excellent service - I hope Just Tyres management know how good Louis and his team are or they will be snapped up elsewhere - they are a service benchmark for the company and beyond. Superb service and attention. Will come again and tell others.

The manager, Louis, understands customer service. The whole process was quick and efficient. Will use the location again.

Helpful Manager, Tyres fitted on time. Shown laser on wheel alignment indicating re alignment was necessary at extra cost.I was not shown the laser alignment to show that the wheels were aligned correctly after the wheel adjustment.
