Ordered a pair on line. Went down at the correct time but the tyres were not on the shelf. The manager made a couple of calls with head office and premium pair were fitted instead at no extra cost.
Friendly staff.

The price and the service was really good. I arrived 15 minutes early and they got me in. It was done in 30 minutes as posted on their website. Highly recommended.

Really good price for the tyres compared to others. I arrived early and the team were able to see me straight away. Really friendly and highly competent staff - all round perfect experience.

My car failed its mot because my front tyre had pot hole damage. I was able to book an appointment within the hour. When i arrived i was seen straight away, the man who dealt with me showed me the damaged part of of my wheel, then proceeded to clean it up, fit my tyre, balance it and refit the wheel to my car and torqued the wheel nuts properly, he was very polite, informative and very friendly. Full marks 100 per cent. I will be back to have my wifes front tyres replaced. In all a very pleasant experience.Thankyou.

Replaced the tyre ordered which was damaged and I asked that they check the other ones which they did at no cost and with no complaint

A simple was to order your tyres and get them fitted.
The web site is easy to use and gives you the option of using PayPal.
The staff were helpful and skilled at their job and I had 2 tyres fitted and the tracking checked in about half an hour.

Online booking was easy, the guy on the desk was polite and respectful, and the car was ready when I returned as promised.

Tyres themselves were okaish. 11 months old stock so not impressive. They replaced the valve on only 1 tyre, which I discovered later and disappointed me.
They couldn't complete the wheel alignment that I paid for as they have literally no hydraulic lift or a pit. Shocking for a tyre shop. Seems more like a tyre store than a tyre shop. Owner needs to spend some money and modernize the place, this is not 1980s.

Extremely easy to order my tyres and the fitting was just as easy and earlier than previous booked.

I went to the garage today to repair a slow puncture I have had for a while. I mistakenly indicated the wrong tyre when asked to indicate the faulty one. After checking and finding no leak, I was not charged any fee (even when I insisted on paying for time spent) but was advised to return if the leak still occurred. I subsequently returned and pointed out the correct tyre, which was repaired with no fuss. The integrity and professionalism was very impressive. Highly recommended!

Great price for all 4 tyres, bought in advance and booked in on line. No problems noted so far but they’re only two days old.

However, only negative was that car was dropped off at pre booked time only to return an hour later to collect and found it still parked where it was left. So the one hour job turned into two hours away from work.
