I found the service there was really good, I found there budget tyres which I had fitted to be a very good price, and they were fitted fairly quick too.

Great customer service, Saturday appointment as booked with attention to detail.

Although they were busy, the fitters did a good job. The TPMS valve leaked a bit the following week, but they changed it for free with no hassle.

Ordering OK. Staff at fitting centre excelent but booking system a joke. Selected 2pm fitting appointment but on arrival at fitting station I was dumbfounded to discover that I was in a queu along with a number of other customers. There is no point in having a timed appointment if you cannot or do not want to deliver. A timed appointment is a timed appointment!!!!

Incredibly rude staff that dmanaged my alloys and sold me tyres I didn’t even need, and charged me more than I should have been charged. Customer services (if you can call them that!) will just ignore you. Avoid, go somewhere else.

Great value service.

I had three paid for two new tyres. I was informed that I needed all four of my tyres doing I was aware the following week once getting paid I was going to get another two more tyres but they would not fit any tires unless I had all four done there and then.
It’s meant to be their company policy they cannot let someone go unless all the tyres are legal even though I was only booked in for the two tyres I can afford? Quite pressurised and not very well informed about such terms and conditions.

Terrible service and incredibly rude staff. Customer services are non existent too. I got overcharged for x2 tyres and even paid someone else’s invoice. Lots of marks and scuffs on my alloys now too, as well as internal parts missing from my car. I used to recommend this place but not anymore. Spare yourself the stress.

Just Tyres at Eaton Socon are brilliant, took my car in as it had failed the mot on 2 tyres, Rob the manager, (I think that’s his name), actually said that they all needed replacing as the other two had perished and the “Dot Code” indicates that they were quite old and near the limit anyway. Four new tyres later, very efficiently replaced and excellent value for money.

Very happy with the service provided to us by the Eaton Socon/St.Neots branch. They were very thorough and were happy to explain and show why 4 tyres were needed instead of the two I'd ordered. I work on my own vehicles but was unable to see the damage on the rear two. I initially didn't accept their assessment until I drove in to see for myself and they were quite right and importantly not upset with my intrusion and my judgement of their assessment. They were more than happy for me to be there. I've been burnt before by other garages but we both feel we can trust this branch. Thank you Eaton Socon team.

Unfriendly welcome first time by stressed manager. Booked for 9am and told to wait but couldn’t say how long but warned could be hours. Not sure what booking a time slot does in this case. Turns out the tyre hadn’t arrived in any case. So had to go back. Manager much nicer this time and encouraged complaint regarding confusion of online booking. Have been helpful in the past.

Just Tyres seem to offer value for money, but I think the junior staff really could do with some customer service training. I found the young guy quiet rude, disrespectful and generally had a bad attitude.

Abysmal Customer Experience
Bought tyres online and visited St Neot's fitting station on day and time allotted only to be rudely told I had bought the wrong tyres within 10 secs of walking in. This was repeated 3 times in a very rude manner and when I showed the fitter a copy of the online order, his claim was the screen says different. Then he accused me of having an attitude. Finally , said he could not do the tyres for 1.5hrs (despite having an appointment). No apology was forthcoming firstly for the accusation of ordering the wrong tyres and then secondly for the delay. An appointment was then agreed for the next morning at 9:00 for which I arrived promptly and again the same fitter wanted me to leave the car. I declined and said I would wait for the car. When I got my car back, i checked the tyre pressures and found them all wrong (too inflated). I did called their Customer services and was told to they would transfer me to their regional Manager. I left a voice message and never got a call back from him. I am afraid I can't recommend this Fitting Centre or the Customer Services.
