We pre-booked a pair of tyres to be replaced and re-alignment of the front tyres due to wear on the outside edge. Took 1.5hrs and the alignment was done incorrectly or not at all. Jad to get the car checked and realigned at another garage due to the handling of the car.

The manager was polite and professional.

Booked tyre fitting through Blackcircles at Just Tyres. Unfortunately, during the tyre change one of my alloy wheels was damaged.

The damage was noticed immediately upon collection and was brought to the attention of the garage staff before leaving the premises. Rather than investigating the issue, responsibility was denied outright.

I have since had to raise a damage claim through Blackcircles and am awaiting a resolution.

Mistakes can happen in any workshop, but what disappointed me most was the handling of the situation and the lack of accountability when the damage was reported straight away.

Based on this experience, I would not go to this garage.

Had a 14.00 hours appointment to have 4 new tyres fitted. Order confirmation stated this would take approx 1 hour. Was there for just over 1.5 hours. The job was carried out by a trainee, which I was told made the job longer, so with that in mind I have given 3 stars.

First and foremost I appreciate Just Tyres pricing. They were one of the only retailers to be competitive with Black Circles which is why I went with them.

I visited the Stony Stratford branch on Monday 15th. I arrived 10 minutes early for my appointment and found they were running 30 minutes behind. My experience for two tyres changed with the break and tyre check lasted two hours with little updates. During my wait someone without an appointment got their spare tyre changed delaying my tyre change further. I had booked to go around my lunch break to not miss any meetings but found myself apologising to my manager.

Once completed I did receive an apology from the polite staff member but no information as to my breaks or tyre safety check.

Unfortunately I won’t be going back but I would say there was only one trained staff member completing all the work with another colleague who he was training on top of the day job. I think they need more support in the branch or if not maybe take away all the additional services offered so the few staff can concentrate on getting the tyres changed as quickly as possible.

Booked a tyre fitting through Asda tyres which included fitting. When my wife went to collect the wheel they charged her £25 for fitting and now continually fob us off saying they have to get “Head office approval” to refund us despite agreeing it was a mistake. Now a month on and nothing despite more than one visits and emails to customers services. Funnily enough they didn’t need head office approval to process the sale through a card terminal that is perfectly capable of processing refunds.

Very easy to book the required tyres online for fitting at a time which suited us. I did unfortunately forget we had the appointment until we were very kindly reminded by a phone call 30 minutes after we were due to arrive. I was mortified but they very kindly said they would fit us in if we could get there within the next 15 minutes - which we did.

Service was excellent, tyres changed quickly and prices were very competitive. Will definitely use again

Booked online which was easy, dropped my car off came back an hour later it was all done.

Great service ordered on line went to my nearest just tyres and a lovely man fitted my tyres all in a space of a hour would highly recommend ( Old Stratford just tyres)😀

I have used this company several times now, the price and service is good, the guys also checked my wheel studs on the rear which I didn’t have tyres for so they went that little extra when they didn’t have to. I will recommend Just tyres to anyone looking for a reasonable and reliable service

Very poor service provided by Just Tyres in both Old Stratford and Daventry Branches.
Firstly tyres not in branch for appointment causing me a second visit to Old Stratford for fitting.
Driving of the vehicle there after over 60 caused massive vibrations throughout the car and steering wheel.
I then booked the car into the Daventry branch as didn't want to return to Old Stratford.
Appointment times mean nothing to Just Tyres as was booked in for 0830, first and only customer there for 0820, went for a walk and returned over an hour later to find the car hadn't even been looked at yet.
Then having mentioned the problem again to the mechanic stating the recently new tyres fitted and the vibration and not having any issues with the car prior to fitting, to find they were balancing the front tyres and not the recently fitted new tyres.
Having left the branch I discovered that the vibration in the car and steering wheel was still present.
I complained to Head office and was assured that area managers for the both areas would be in touch.
No Communication from Just Tyres at all.
Having just paid £20 for an independent garage to check and balance the new installed tyres, I was informed that there were old weights on the wheels, and in fact they hadn't been balanced from the initial install. Both wheels were out causing the vibration.
I will never use Just Tyres again, and would never recommend them to others.

Friendly welcome as soon as I walked in. Work was completed in about 20 minutes with no fuss. Have used them a few times before and will definitely be back there when I need new tryes.

Cannot recommend this Tyre Shop enough.
Friendly staff and explained from start to finish what they were doing.
Customer service excellent.
A rare find today. Well done.
Next time will bring sausage rolls. 👍

Old Stratford - just tyres.
The 2 fella’s working today was amazing.
They were both friendly, advisable and did a fantastic job on my grand-daughter’s car. Super service. Thank you so, so much

I booked a 3pm appointment online for 2 specific tyres. They took off the old tyres, fitted one new tyre and then realised they could not find the 2nd tyre. The day manager advised that he could not fit a better grade of tyre as an alternative because he would be facing disciplinary action or have the extra cost deducted from his salary or be sacked! He spent ages talking to colleagues at head office (?) to sort matters out in between looking for the second tyre tipping over piles of tyres as he walked through the garage. They suggested I come the next day. When I suggested they put my old tyres back the manager’s colleague suddenly found the 2nd tyre. The process should have taking about 15 minutes but I was there for almost 2 hours. I emailed customer services and all they could say was sorry, no gesture of goodwill.

Price of tyres was competitive but driving home my van felt odd. Tyre pressure should have been 54psi and fitter did them at 22psi
