Great service.
Very helpfull and polite even though I had accidentally ordered the wrong size tyres. They sorted it out with no drama. Very good service and highly recommended.

Poor service, threatening behaviour from staff
Tyres ordered through just tyres website for fitting at Malvern tyres Evesham.I had a poor service and very bad experience from the staff. They broke the wheel nut key in the wheel and a scratch on the side above the wheel from their gloves and denied it all. They said the wheel nut key broken as someone previously over tightened it and scratch is not happened from them.They asked me to take the car to the garage where I had the tyre fitted previously. Then,this garage man threatened me saying they got CCTV camera all over the garage and if don't leave the premises immediately they would call the police. I had to leave as it was unsafe and helpless to be with them alone on 5/2/2026 around 17.00

Very straightforward
Very straightforward to buy and book a slot. Did it while removing my punctured tyre. Evesham centre were excellent, phoning me when the tyres arrived.
