Excellent friendly service. Just had a bit of a wait after my appointment time

The fitting centre (Buckingham - Roger), were excellent in terms of being helpful and provided me with the advice I needed before ordering the tyres.

However, because the tyres were not delivered until a day later than the fitting slot I had booked (so I had to return to the fitting centre the next day), the overall rating is a 4. Otherwise it would have been a 5. The tyres (once they had arrived), were fitted very quickly and efficiently.

There seems to be disconnect between the diary booking system and the fulfilment/delivery system. Having read other reviews, this seems to happen fairly frequently. I am now retired, had I still been working, the delay in the delivery of the tyres (4) would have been very problematic. Senior management need to take heed of this issue. I will return at some point I'm sure, but I will call the fitting centre first to check that the tyres have been delivered. Not ideal for the fitting centre though.

Although friendly, I would highly recommend looking elsewhere. I paid double the price for a tyre I would have at another garage.

The most disappointing experience I have ever had, poor customer service, pre ordered 4 tyres, only two arrived no communication, they arrive 1 minute before the actual published opening times, no seat covers fitted, shocking, definitely won’t recommend

Very competative prices found on their website. Easy to book a fitting slot and found the staff to be very helpful.

Easy to book, availability of tyres. Helpful and polite staff. Got there 10 minutes before appointment and they started straight away. Great service including resetting tyre sensor.

Arrived at my appointment for 9am and didn’t get seen until 9:30 , didn’t complete all the checks that was supposed to be done

Ordered tyres online and went to unit at given time, where the team promptly fitted the new tyres.

The guy who replace my tire was super helpful, kept me updated and friendly. I paid for the tyre ahead of time through the website so the experience was pretty quick.

No appointment and very efficient in checking tyre pressures today. Very much appreciated.

Had to get my tyres redone. Having been back in a week twice, once to get the front done as they had none left in order to do back. Both experiences were brilliant. Roger was great at getting me seen after I got missed up with the appointment, but was seen quickly and very happy with the service! Highly recommend these guys! :)

Roger was so helpful, I went in to get x2 new tyres and also needed my break pads being done which he managed to get ordered in and done within a few hours on the same day! Amazing service
