I explained to the chap that my tyre sensor warning light was on amd i thought id need a new one.He asured me that i didnt need one as he would reset it on my dash.I explainecto him id like ot tested while he had the wheel off.long story short,i drove home and the light came back on.
Just wished they had tested the sensor and changed it like i asked.

Two staff bickering with each other over misunderstanding of what I required. Totally unacceptable behaviour. One of them said to me “he won’t be here long” after I said to him “you 2 need to communicate more”.

Callum the fitter that served me was professional, polite, he is a good role model for your company.

They couldn't change the tyre today as the main shutter door was not opening.
They should have informed me but I understand I was the first customer.
Rescheduled it to Monday morning.

Took car into Basingstoke for online appointment at 8:30 . One guy turned up at 8:40 . He had to get organised and wait for other staff . Eventually fitted at 9:50 . Not a good experience .

Been here a couple of times now, service has an always excellent and prices are good. Callum looked after me today, really helpful, gave me very helpful advice on safety and sorted me out

The price for tires was fair enough but with the tires I have bought a wheel alignment as well! After they installed the new tires the guy there just handed the car key and told me that the car it's ready to go! When I have asked about wheel alignment he just lay down and on his back and took a spana and just pretend that he is doing something under the car without lifting the car from the floor and no paper was handed to me for wheel alignment work plus on the invoice they put mileage from their head not checking the real car mileage!

Despite having a booked time I was kept waiting for over 20 mins as they were short staffed and did the tyres fine
Was not impressed with the waiting room which had a car jack near where the seats were an a cracked open wires power socket. On top of this the whole place looked like it had been painted by a blind man

I had bought the wrong tyres for my car. I had bought flat run tyres [?] and your fitter showed me the correct tyres needed.Both of the fitters were very helpful and courteous, so 5 stars for them

Mostly good but I didn't get my locking wheel nut key back. I didn't notice until I got home. I know it was damaged but I still would have liked it back. I understand that it's probably too late now

Always good service and friendly staff, however the business as a whole do not provide there staff with the proper tools for the job, I had to help them sort out jacking points on my vehicle as there Jack's will snap my skirting on my car, they have inadequate Jack's and very unsafe for them and a customer's car, this review should be used to help the business put in place proper tooling and listen to the staff that are always trying to help and efficient. Cmon just tyres managering director get proper Jack's that can go under the skirt of a car without damages. Please can you help them just tyres company they have run out of puncture repair kits had to turn customers away whilst I was there, and they ran out of paperwork to give me, you need to give them some praise and help to sort.

I bought tyres online from just tyres(on line).I then went to just tyres in Basingstoke Where they were fitted on my car . Excellent service ,fitted and balanced by the just tyre staff . Very pleased as I saved a lot of money having previously contacted other local garages and given quotes for the same work . I saved almost 100 pounds by using just tyres in Basingstoke. Thank you . Job well done

Booked a time for my tyres to be fitted but had to wait 20 minutes.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. All the staff bar one were working on a friends car. The one member of staff “working” only looked up from his phone when I spoke to him, and he looked at me as if to say I was interrupting whatever it was he was doing on his phone. Then said indignately that I was late! When in fact I was actually 20 minutes early. He did my tyres then went for a cigarette leaving me hanging around. None of the other staff at any point acknowledged me. One had no top on and trousers around his bottom, far from professional in any way. I would never visit this branch or recommend to anyone. The whole experience was appalling.
