Ordered tyres on line made appointment and they were fitted on time and excellent service from the staff

Tyres har arrived and were installed quickly, claimed track rod ends seized so couldn’t do tracking, that vehicle had split CV boot and brake discs were about to ‘snap’ despite the car passing an MOT 3 hours earlier at a main dealer who advised the brake discs should be changed when the pads are next needed and are structurally sound, I had the CV boot checked and it has no splits or leaks, and the tracking was done by a local garage with no issues a day later…. Be careful with what they try to upsell you.

Staff were interactive

When I arrived at the tyre centre it was queued out of the door even though I had booked an appointment there were only two operatives dealing with the customers which was clearly not sufficient. The two operatives were working hard to keep up with the flow of customers but it still took nearly an hour to fit the one tyre I went in for. Disappointing.

I needed a new set of tyres and having searched locally found Just Tyres in Basingstoke who were able to supply and fit the same tyres at a discounted price compared to other places.
I was able to place an order and schedule an appointment on line.
I phoned in advance of my appointment to make sure the tyres were in and the appointment time was still ok.
I arrived at the appointed time and had the tyres fitted almost straight away. I found the whole experience impressive, from ordering the tyres to having them fitted.
The team at Just Tyres were courteous, and efficient and I was very pleased with the service I received.

Tyres were purchased on line and a fitting time was chosen.
The fitting was carried out in about 30mins with no problems.
There was NO attempt to upsell extra work, which is a pleasant change from other companies.
I would use them again without hesitation.

2nd time for a visit for pot hole damage. Ordered On line booked appointment on there at the same time. Very easy to do and fitted by Basingstoke depot right on time. Cheapest tyres in the area too, thank you !!!

Reasonable price and very good service

Really slow service, booked a time on the website, arrived before the time booked (10mins early), 1hr 30mins later I finally got my 2 tyres fitted. At the time it felt like priority was given to people walking in instead of pre booked appointments. Clear to see that the people who worked at this unit lacked direction and in some areas experience. Which showed in the long wait times for myself and others. In the end 2 tyres fitted with no issues experienced afterwards.

Best and quickest service ever.

Had to wait 45mins for my car to be taken in even though it was booked in at a specific time.
Guys were good and quick at their job. Found another tyre at fault they were able to sort it there and then and price match. So thank you!

Disgraceful service. So unahappy! Will not recommend just tyres to anyone.
Put my husbands car in the Basingstoke branch a week ago and over £500 worth of damage has been caused to all 4 of my wheels. I have tried to contact someone for a refund everyday for a week and no one has contacted me after several times being told they will be!

Not impressed, used just tyres previously amd always have taken my car there but after my last experience i wont be back had a member of your staff point blank lie about just tyre online prices because he clearly wanted me to order in their garage and resorted to also telling me the tyres wont arrive as a wierd sales tactic to get me to order instore. I however ordered online and had a tyre appointment booked.

Upon arrival the same member of staff was theyre and clearly had a chip on his shoulder as was doing poeples cars before mine even though their appointment time was after mine.

I waited 2 hours and ten mins for my tyre to be changed on a booked appointment with a time.

Wont be going back

No problems here at all. Saw me early did what I booked the car in for and off we go.

My Step daughter went to get a repair done which was her first ever visit to a garage / tyre service centre. She was advised that her tyre was not repairable so a new one was required. During the safety inspection the other front tyre was deemed illegal so that needed to be changed. At this point she was offered a secondhand tyre for £40 which was approx £20 cheaper! which to a hard up student was obviously attractive so she said yes. when she came to pay the new tyre was on the Just tyres paperwork the other wasn't and the payment for the tyre was made to a member of staffs personal account. So Any parent please be aware that staff are selling what could be not fit for purpose tyres with no come back at all!!!
