Perfect housing

Really recommend to anyone who is looking for housing!!!
The rental process is very fast and convenient for international people. I like that I don't need to book for viewing and the room is the same as what I see from the website—also, a landlord quick response to any issue that occurs during the stay.

I rented an apartment with Just Stay Apartments, and the experience was great, almost like home. Just was very helpful on any question or need that I had. Moreover, he always solved my problems in a friendly and quick manner. I am 100% satisfied with the experience, and I recommend it.

A real profitability booster
I have used Just Stay from 2015 to 2020 to rent my appartment in Rotterdam.
The business was excellent, the company has an impressive network of customers to ensure the satisfaction of landlords and tenants. Just, the boss, is very personally involved in his business. Someone with "skin in the game", the kind of person you want to work with.
I recommend Just Stay to any landlord of the area willing to find tenants.

We own an apartment that we rent through Just Stay
We are renting our apartment for the first time and after much looking around at rental companies we decided to do it through Just Stay. The reason we selected them was that they really added a personal touch and are service oriented instead of providing a one size fits all solution. We haven't been disappointed. They have been professional, fast and through and we have been super satisfied with everything!

Good apartments with even better service!
I have rented twice from Just Stay Apartments, and both times I have been offered a nice place with very nice people. Just and the people from agency have always been very thoughtful and helpful. The experience is very positive, would highly recommend!!!

Perfect for Students
The apartment I rented off Just in 2019 was clean and as the description when I first rented it. The apartment was brilliantly located and superbly kitted out with Netflix, a great TV, and a coffee machine (which was great for students!). Just was a friendly host and always fixed any problems we had in a short time period. I would definitely recommend staying at one of the Just Stay apartments in Rotterdam.

Alles goed geregeld!
Ik verhuur een gedeelte van mijn vastgoedportfolio aan Just Stay Apartments. Het rendement is goed. Just Stay Apartments werkt snel, duidelijk en transparant. Ik ben zeer tevreden. Toekomstig vastgoed zal ik ik zeker bij hun onderbrengen!

Excellent property management company
From my personal clientele experience, I can state that Just Stay Apartments is a professional property management company in Rotterdam (The Netherlands) with high expertise. It has been a pleasure to do business with this company in order to facilitate the renting of my apartments to expats and (international) students. With its network and knowledge, the company enhanced the renting process and also the other things that needed to be taken care of (such as cleaning and maintenance). Also, the company takes proactively of the actions needed and the communication in terms of efficiency and effectivity is deserves also all stars.
