I would like to thank "JUST SALES JOB" for their hard work, efforts and co-ordination with me. The whole team did a spectacular job by understanding my requirement well and acting promptly according to it. I must say, my best experience uptill so far. A fantastic organisation! Great team support from beginning to end of the process. The team are really informed and go the extra mile at every stage. I would recommend them unreservedly.

After several unsuccessful partnerships on sales recruiting, I decided to give Just Sales Jobs a try. Wendy and Bryan were great to work with. Their intake process was very thorough and involved but makes a difference when it comes to delivering on their promise. They were also upfront about what they could and couldn't do, taking the time to talk through their process and expectations from both sides. Because of that, they were able to source and present quality candidates who met our specific requirements, and did so in the reasonable timeline that was promised. In the recruiting business, it can be difficult to find a firm that is as thorough or that stands by their promise to deliver. I was very pleased with the experience and will not hesitate to partner with Just Sales Jobs and Wendy, again.

Brian and Amanda were great to work with and only submitted highly qualified candidates that checked most, or all, of the boxes. They were patient, asked questions of the business, it's goals, where we wanted to go.

They did a great job of getting us candidates that met our criteria, personality traits and prerequisites. They pre-screened accurately so that we were able to make a well informed decision

I have nothing but great things to say about my experience working with Just Sales Jobs. They are very thorough in their preparation and with the information they provide on the candidates. Other places are just tossing me resumes. You can see clearly that Just Sales Jobs has a methodical process and the results in quality of candidates was clear. We wouldn't have been able to scale our sales team without them.

When Bryan from JSJ first reached out to me on linked in I ignored it thinking I wouldn't waste money on a recruiter and I could do it myself. 3 weeks later I exhausted all my efforts to find quality sales people through our traditional hiring channels and I was unsuccessful. I finally replied to Bryan's email and had a chat to see what they could do. Since the fees are only paid upon hiring I figured what is there to lose to see who they can get me. It's only been a couple week and I have already hired 3 people through them.
Would definitely recommend their service if you need to hire sales people. I wasted a few thousand dollars and weeks of time just on Indeed before calling them.
