Just kampers not providing me with breakdown policy I have paid for
Have had insurance from these people for the last 3 years. Good in most aspects, but when I was broken down in a car park last December I tried to access the breakdown policy on my phone through the app and could not download it - just a bland screen. Took over an hour of internet searching to find a number to ring. I have complained about this problem several times and they say they are re sending the information but it never works. I have tried on computer, 2 phones, chrome and duck duck go, through the portal and the website, but still no document downloads. I am concerned that Just Kampers are going to leave me or my wife in the lurch on a motorway on the hard shoulder in the middle of the night with no way of contacting them. I have asked for it to be directly emailed to me - they wont, and I have asked for it to be sent by post, they haven't. I have phoned them numerous times about it and still I have no access to my breakdown policy. Not good enough!
