As a technical support manager, I deeply regret that purchasing 10 VPS servers resulted in disappointment and significant inconvenience for you. Our regulations set a response time of up to 48 hours as the maximum limit, which applies only in cases of increased or critical load on the support service. As for restrictions on access to Russian IP addresses - unfortunately, this may be due to the policies of third-party streaming platforms or Internet providers in other countries, and, unfortunately, is not directly controlled by us. However, we are always ready to offer alternative solutions, including IP addresses from other regions.

Regarding the inability to compile and run files, most likely due to system settings or missing libraries.
