I mistakenly ordered the wrong part number, phoned to explain, they found the right part and mailed it to me. Received next day and my return was processed quickly and a refund issued. Can't praise the service enough. 6 Stars not available to leave.

Managed to find a part for my 30 years old Audi A4
I have a 30 years old Audi A4 and the oil stick broke. My garage could not find one through their suppliers, so I went online and searched. I had been given the OEM number from a local part seller and keyed that in with my Reg. number on JustGermanParts's website. Message that the part would not fit came up and gave another part number which was similar. I took the chance and ordered one and went down today to check. IT FIT PERFECTLY!!!!! Thanks guys! I will spread the word!
