The service I have just received for some VW parts has been exemplary. A lot of time and effort was spent in securing the right parts for me. I was regularly kept informed of progress, as the parts were on back order. The minute they arrived at JGP I had next day delivery.
Service of this nature is rare these days and anyone with a German car needing parts could not get better service.

My husband purchased Brake Discs and Pads for my Audi TT. As there are many derivatives he needed advice to ensure he bought the correct ones. Brad was great, He gave good advice and when the type purchased were out of stock, he immediately got in touch to offer an alternative brand (which were slightly better). An excellent company, helpful and professional staff, and all the parts were good quality, fitted perfectly and were dispatched quickly.

Quick delivery and correct part - what more can I say?

After using Main Dealer for several years I thought quote of £294.28 was excessive for replacement & Fitment of Windscreen Washer Pump. Not sure of the quality of the Part but @ £17.99 it's worth trying to do the job myself. Spoke with JGP on correct Unit which arrived less than 24hrs later. Hopefully all will go well with fitting it but cannot fault such a quick response and pricing.

Wanted wheel nuts for spare wheel. JGP provided same parts as VW (same part number) at much lower price and next day delivery. You don't get any better than that!

Arrived quickly

I provided my car's registration and VIN, and they assured me the part was the correct match for my needs. I placed the order around noon, and it impressively showed up the following day with complimentary shipping. I'm very pleased with the service. The part, manufactured in Germany, is a genuine fit for my Audi, unlike those Chinese replicas.
