I would like to bring to your attention that my withdrawal request, submitted on 1 may, has still not been processed or paid out.
According to your own information, withdrawals are supposed to be completed within 48 hours. Unfortunately, this deadline has almost passed and I have not received my funds.
I understand that occasional delays can happen, but honoring promised processing times are essential. If my withdrawal is not paid within the next few days, I will be forced to leave this review on Trustpilot and also post about my experience on CasinoGuru.
However, as soon as my withdrawal is successfully paid, I will immediately remove this review.
I hope you will resolve this quickly and professionally so that I can update this to a positive experience.
