I followed all measurement guidelines on the junior kids website for my son’s suit and ordered the recommended size 12. When the suit arrived, he tried it on immediately and it was very tight. Since the event we purchased the suit for is over a month away and my son grows especially quickly in the summer time I returned the suit, paying the $12 shipping fee. I then received an email stating they found “stains” and “clear signs of wear as the tag was not attached” on the garment with pictures of wrinkles and a small white mark on the jacket (that could easily be from it dropping on the floor) and they will not be issuing a refund. When I replied stating the tag was not attached to the suit when it came out of the package as it fell directly on the floor and my son wore the garment once for 2 mins and when we realized it didn’t fit, took it off and returned it to the bag, they responded that their decision remains unchanged and I now need to pay an additional $12 to have the garment returned to me. I feel extremely frustrated. I didn’t see any type of stains anywhere when I returned it and all their pictures showed wrinkles from trying the suit on and probably from shipping as well.
