I followed all measurement guidelines on the junior kids website for my son’s suit and ordered the recommended size 12. When the suit arrived, he tried it on immediately and it was very tight. Since the event we purchased the suit for is over a month away and my son grows especially quickly in the summer time I returned the suit, paying the $12 shipping fee. I then received an email stating they found “stains” and “clear signs of wear as the tag was not attached” on the garment with pictures of wrinkles and a small white mark on the jacket (that could easily be from it dropping on the floor) and they will not be issuing a refund. When I replied stating the tag was not attached to the suit when it came out of the package as it fell directly on the floor and my son wore the garment once for 2 mins and when we realized it didn’t fit, took it off and returned it to the bag, they responded that their decision remains unchanged and I now need to pay an additional $12 to have the garment returned to me. I feel extremely frustrated. I didn’t see any type of stains anywhere when I returned it and all their pictures showed wrinkles from trying the suit on and probably from shipping as well.

Never never buy it!!!I bought a jumpsuit in July for 250$, my child started wearing it in December, in January all the pants came apart at the seams, and the 90-day warranty expired in October! They now what me to pay exta25$ to repair the pants! It’s absolutely ridiculous and very bad customer !!

great items had a few issues but not a problem, been using junior kids as one of our main suppliers for a number of years now not a problem will always use them.

First time ordering from here as just starting up a business, clothes arrived the day after ordering which was great, had a few issues with some of the items but they gave an option of a great discount or to return I choose to keep them and will just sell them for what I paid, put the refund straight into my account. They were extremely helpful and will be using again for my junior clothing, great customer service

Just had a delivery today from Junior Kids, only ordered yesterday , fabulous service , they helped me no end even at the weekend when they was closed . The clothes arrived today , amazing quality ! can’t rate them highly enough fabulous !
