The family all loves it so far! we've only had it up a week but it's great. We got the 14ft which is very big, but allows adults to go in with the kids which is what we wanted, just make sure you have enough surrounding space for the size you choose to get. the assembly instructions were straightforward. would recommend the product.

Have absolutely loved using jumpflex - no regrets whatsoever!
The customer service was great, the trampoline itself is great, we have the jump slide too which is also fantastic. It’s now been built for a few months and still looks just as good as the first day we built it. So pleased this is the one we chose when there are so many trampoline companies out there, this one is perfect for us.

Good build quality
Good build quality. Easy for me to assemble (no worries, spring tool included!). 2 springs missing, great customer service interaction, and then replaced with full pack immediately.

Top quality products!!
The lifetime guarantee gave me reassurance this was a quality product to last many years - I contacted the customer service regards delivery times as I needed it for my son’s birthday- they pushed the order through & arrived in plenty of time. Quality is really good compared to other cheaper trampolines. Very happy & would recommend.

jumpflex 12ft
I purchased the jumpflex 12ft for my little one who has autism, he is obsessed wiilth jumping, and his last one broke , so as you can imagine we were in ergent need, I contacted jump flex with an eta, they more most helpful and accommodating, all arrived on time and was put together in a timely manner .. thank you jumpflex

I cannot fault Jumpflex from start to finish - their really clear detailed website helped us pick the right size as we werent sure, delivery was much quicker than they estimated, and our 10ft trampoline somehow arrived in two tardis-style small boxes! It was really straightforward to put together with two of us and our 4yr old and 18month old LOVE IT! It feels so safe that we can zip them up and leave them in there to bounce away withour fear of injury. Lastly the look of the trampoline is really high quality and appealing to the eye. Excellent.
