Jumpflex Trampolines Recensioni

Excellent customer service, promptly responded to my request and were quick to sort out the broken parts.

It’s great when you get a quality product and years later you can buy replacement parts to keep it as Perfect as the day you got it.

Easy and friendly nothing is ever to hard your awesome company to deal with thank you

Fast service, quality product, easy to install and the best feature is water sprinkler, it’s a must the kids love it.

Easy online order, arrived much faster than expected. Ordered anchorkit from here even though we don't have a jumpflex trampoline but it fits ours just fine & was easy to put on.

Great to talk to someone about our order and to gave it delivered so quickly.

Love it. Such good quality, instructions were easy to follow, hours and hours of fun since construction

The web site included excellent information on the various models to choose from making a chose easy. Ordering was simple, delivery prompt, and assembly instructions easy to follow.
The trampoline seems to be very well made and does all we are asking of it.
Although bought for our grand children, we are in our 70s, my wife uses it for her morning exercise routines and loves it.

JumpFlex have been outstanding!! We recently moved house which meant our trampoline had to be dismantled. We noticed several faults that we wouldn’t have otherwise seen. JumpFlex we’re onto it straight away with replacements, meaning our kids weren’t long without their much loved trampoline. So thankful!

Easy to deal with and send through pricing for older style tramp, and even easier when adding more part to invoice. Parts turned up quicker then expected so kids happy as. Thanks.

Overall experience was great. Easy to engage online and great support material and videos. Very helpful. Kids love the trampoline and it has been a lifesaver (although neighbours might disagree around 630am jumping).

I love that Jumpflex offer really reasonably priced parts to keep our trampoline looking and functioning as good as it did 10 years ago. Best thing we have purchased for our tamariki. Thank you for ongoing support for your amazing product.

Jumpflex is a great product. The website was easy to navigate that helped me to choose the size trampoline that is suitable for our backyard.
The delivery was quick and efficient.
The instructions were easy to follow to put together and the trampoline is great. The kids love it.

Outstanding customer service. I was absolutely rapt with the service for replacing a broken net under warranty. So fast and the kids now have a safe net to play with. Incredible thank you.
