I bought Jumpcut academy for 997$ which promised lifetime access. The course is in depth and yes if you search hard enough, you can probably find most of that info online. However it would take a long time. For me its atricky one on the one hand I liked a lot of what they offered but on the other side I wanted to dip in and out of the course over the years to help my own business....997$ is quite a chunk of change. The login , company and access has just dissapeared which is dissapointing.

This is a Scam…

Do not waste your money on these courses. I made the mistake of signing up only to find out that there is absolutely nothing new in it that you can't search yourself online.
The marketing is clever but deceptive. I wouldn't be surprised if some of these reviews are from the staff.

Highly Informative Courses for New Entrepreneurs

The Jumpcut courses and Kong's advice helped me see things outside the box and figure out multiple ways to pivot my business model and features to ensure future growth. The courses are designed by marketing gurus with decades of experience and are laid out with brutal honesty and step-by-step videos and PDFs that will clearly portray how a startup should be approached and executed. The courses will save a lot of time for any new entrepreneur to hit the ground running and minimize mistake. I highly recommend this program.

Jumpcut Review

Incredible, helpful tips that I definitely needed. Kong's vast experience and expertise with YouTube glow through his professional services. Would definitely recommend Jumpcut to anyone who wants to get serious about being a YouTube creator.

I learned soo much! Great stuff!

I used to be an antisocial overweight dude that never left my apartment and played video games all day. One day I found Kong’s YT channel and he completely changed my perspective on life. Long story short, I subscribed to his other course, PGO, and my mind was blown. After a year of self-discovery, I made the decision to lose weight (I lost over 100 pounds) and have never touched a video game since.

Needless to say, when he started Jumpcut (specifically Viral Academy course), I was one of the first customers (this was back when it was a monthly subscription). I learned so much from this and was able to apply it to my own photography Instagram, which now has over 15k followers.

For anyone considering Viral Academy, I highly recommend it you try it out.

Absolutely worth it

I’ve been following Kong Pham since his SP days. I bought his last course, PGO (iykyk) and it completely changed my life. I went from a shy, awkward college student and turned into someone who lives life to the fullest and doesn’t care what people think. This is how I eventually met my wife. I have Kong to thank for that.

When he came out with Viral Academy, I knew I had to buy it. While I don’t have a YT channel myself, I have used all the strategies he teaches in the course for my company’s social media and got promoted from an intern to a social media manager making over 100k/year.

Viral Academy is LEGIT. This is NOT like those super generic articles that you read when you google “how to grow a YouTube channel.” He actually gives real frameworks and specific strategies that you can use to create great content.

It doesn’t just apply to YT, it applies to all social media as well.

Kong if you’re reading this, thank you for your help and next time you’re in NYC, I will buy you a nice luxury Vietnamese dinner!

Glad I took the risk of trying Jumpcut out

I had some doubts about Jumpcut and its Viral Academy course because there’s so much information out there already on how to build a YouTube channel.

I decided to pull the trigger anyway because of their 365-day money back guarantee.

Within 1 hour of watching the course, I realized that this is information you absolutely cannot get anywhere else. The way Kong breaks down “the traits of virality” was a mind blow for me. It’s was a huge light bulb for me… every single viral video I watched completely made sense in my mind now and I understood exactly WHY they went viral.

I was able to apply this to my channel and I went from 500 subscribers to now over 10,000. Still no Mr.Beast but someday I’ll get there! The main benefit is that things just CLICKED and I completely GET IT now.

I bought viral academy a while back and it has helped me a lot in thinking about strategies for my channel. Specifically, I used the remix strategy to come up with my channel idea. I only have about 5,000 subscribers right now but I'm working hard on it!!

Absolute scam

Absolute scam. This course provides nothing that you can't find on a million marketing blogs for free. When I tried to cancel the course and get a refund, they ignored my emails and I had to raise a dispute with my bank to block any future payments. Stay away from this company.

Hi there — the good news is the invoice is not real, we did not send it, and you will not be charged anything. I apologize for the inconvenience this has caused you.

Last week, we found out that our email provider was hacked and sent out a fake invoice to everybody on our list. Luckily, they only got access to our email provider and nothing else.

We are VERY diligent when it comes to security and password protection (not even our own team members know the actual passwords because we use Lastpass). So we are extremely surprised that this happened.

We sent out an update email 45 minutes after this happened, changed our home page to an update page (https://jumpcut.com/deleteinvoice), and did our best to quickly respond to the thousands of customer support tickets that flooded our inboxes.

It's certainly depressing that somebody would try to do this during a worldwide pandemic…but unfortunately, there's always going to be people out there that try to take advantage of others during shitty circumstances.

It's actually not that difficult to send emails that LOOK legit (they're using the correct domain). Vox made a video a week ago warning people that scammers can send fake emails from the WHO (if you're curious about seeing how, watch it here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_CrbHvbvvMw)

Please let me know if you have any other questions! This is definitely a disappointing situation for everybody involved, but we're doing our best to ensure everybody that was impacted has received an answer.

Like the numerous other parties' posts, we also received an unsolicited invoice for services not performed or rendered by Jumpcut. We consider this fraud. We have never purchased or participated in their product offerings.

Tax season Intuit Scam Hack using Jumpcut

Like so many others today I received an invoice from this company. Never purchased anything from them, did their free doodad years ago and never moved on to their paid stuff. However I think this invoice is itself a scam, as it only takes you to a fake Intuit QuickBooks site. This is I believe something to do with it being tax season. Scam or they’ve been hacked either way avoid

Same as a lot of others on here I got an invoice for $470 which is weird as I’m in the Uk for a start and Iv also never heard of this Company. It does have a quick books logo on the email which I have an account with so not sure if that’s linked in to it somewhere but il be emailing quick books about it as well and obviously this lot won’t be getting any money from me.

If it is a genuine company I wouldn’t recommend anyone using them or giving them any of your details if they are susceptible to this type of scam/hack either.

I recieved an email from this "company" saying that I needed to pay an invoice in the amount of $470 dollars, even though I am not a client of theirs and never purchased anything from them. I guess I signed up to recieve emails from Jumpcut Inc. a long time ago and forgot i was still signed up to recieve emails from them, as they usually are sent to my junk folder. I will not be paying for something I never bought. With everything going on right now, this is the last thing I needed...
