I made 2-$9.99 purchases that each included a wheel spin I hit $10.00 on both wheel spins and wasn't credited for either one.
I contacted the supposed 24/7 worthless support people via email waited and waited for a response several/many hours later they responded with nothing but lies upon lies claiming that everything had been credited accordingly and telling me other non related worthless information not pertaining to the issue at hand.

Jumbo88 needs to be investigated for fraud and shut down.

It's no good piles of shit like this that makes me leary to trust anyone..id like to know how worthless garbage like these cheating, fraudulent, stealing, crooks, lying jerks keep getting away with this bullshit.

What was once my go-to sweepstakes casino has now become the one I vehemently avoid. Casino loyalty is malicious, and unfortunately Jumbo88 takes advantage of that.

After a while — and significant amounts of $$$ spent later — it has become clear that the RTP has been tampered. Yes, RNG is fundamental, but it’s obvious the programming has been changed. That’s the hook. You chase the losses assuming it’s a fluke, only to be led down the proverbial rabbit hole.

If you’re considering playing on Jumbo88, I advise you to recognize the following:

- If you win, redeem when you can and then close your account! The longer you play on this platform, the worse your odds of winning become. Read the former.

- DO NOT spend money on their “Super Spins” packages. The “Super Spins” wheel is rigged to always land on the value you paid. Nothing more.

- Their “Responsible Gaming” stipulation is misleading. I am an addict. I have stated this on several occasions with their support staff, only for them to reopen my account when I simply ask them to do so. Despite my circumstances, they know what they’re doing and it’s blatantly predatory. Just be mindful of this if you’re in a similar predicament.

- There is no live chat for support and their only medium is by direct email. Their response time is painfully slow.

- If there’s one positive thing I can say about Jumbo88 it’s this: They DO pay out. The redemption time, in my experience, is processed within 24 hours from submission to payment received. Also, Jumbo88 only allows one redemption request per 24 hour period. That’s important to know.

For the reasons I stated prior, I would advise new players to consider alternative sweepstakes casinos. While Jumbo88 does indeed pay out, their business practices are unethical and exploitative.

I'm giving them 1 star Zero if i could. I did my verification and it says I'm all verified and purchased coins. Then when I went to play it says need to verify email. I've requested the email verification in at least 15 emails to them. Emails they say they will get back to you in minutes that's not true. As far as I'm concerned until they fix my account they are nothing but scammer
