Incredibly comfortable and perfect for sensitive skin

This is one of the best bras I have ever worn, the fabric is soft & breathable.
It’s beautifully made and you can tell it’s high quality.

I am currently 3 weeks PP and although this isn’t a breast feeding bra, it is extremely supportive when using my breast pumps.

I will definitely purchase more!

This bra is one of the most comfortable…

This bra is one of the most comfortable I’ve ever worn! The fit is great, but I do recommend sizing up one cup if you’re going down a band size for the best fit. The material is GOTS certified organic cotton, which makes it incredibly soft on the skin and perfect for anyone with allergies or sensitivities. It feels gentle, breathable, and supportive all day long. Highly recommend! Great communication from the team as I’d ordered my size and it was slightly too small they were fast and effective with sending out my corrected size.

Incredibly soft

Incredibly soft!
I have very sensitive skin and struggle to find bras that are comfy and non wired. This one is perfect.

Bra of the year?!?

Absolutely amazing ! This has become my go to bra. The material is so so soft, it washes well, doesn’t go out of shape and the clasps are sturdy too. I love that it is accredited by allergy UK and that it’s ethically handmade, as not a lot of products are these days. Despite being a bit of an awkward size for some companies, I had no problem ordering my size (bonus points for being true to size)

I ordered my usual size and it is the perfect fit. I have fibromyalgia and several allergies. Since becoming a mum and becoming sick COMFORT has been my biggest priority.

I’ve tried a huge range of bras but this one is different. It’s the most delicate, silky fabric and the straps do not dig in. Yes say is louder. No rubbing, no red marks! As someone in constant pain I had given up on wearing bras but I never felt fully confident as I need a bit of lift and shape!

I’m dying to buy the butterfly print one but it’s currently out of stock in my size. I will definitely purchase when it’s back in stock!

Good quality product

I received one of their bras, the material is so soft and the fit is great. They’re at a higher price point, but I do feel that they are made of soft fabrics. The sizing for me was true to my usual size too, which was great.

We are very disappointed to see this dishonest review. You emailed us at 9:00 AM today, and we replied promptly at 10:53 AM—within 2 hours—asking for your return tracking number so we could trace the parcel and process your refund. You did not respond and instead chose to leave this unfair comment.

It’s not uncommon for couriers to lose return parcels, which is why we requested tracking details as part of our standard process. We take customer service very seriously and have acted swiftly at every step.

Please contact us with the tracking number so we can resolve this for you.

Relectant Refunds!

I've been kept waiting a good while for my promised refund and, despite receiving an email informing me that it has been refunded, I'm still waiting. I ordered one that wasn't quite right so reordered in a different size but still not right. They state that they don't mind how many times that customers need to change items until they're satisfied but it's not a simple process. Once that process has been completed though, collection/delivery was very prompt. Shame - gave up after the second time. All I wanted was to speak to a person - not a robot - and that shouldn't be too difficult a thing to achieve in this technological age. They have a place in Cwmbran and I live in the South Wales valleys but they just as well be on the moon. Worst customer service that I have received in years.

I want to clarify that your refund has already been processed THE NEXT DAY after it was delivered.

Our warehouse received and scanned your return parcel on THURSDAY, February 26, and the refund was issued the NEXT DAY, FRIDAY, February 27, at 12:07 pm.

I have already emailed you with a screenshot of our internal records, showing the refund transaction. Since today is MONDAY, please allow 3-5 working days for your bank to process the payment.

If you need to track it, you can use the reference number (ARN) ending in 6926 with your bank. More details are available in the screenshot attached to our email response.
If you need any assistance in communicating with your card provider, we are more than happy to help.

Secondly, we sincerely apologize for any miscommunication or frustration you’ve experienced. However, we DID NOT receive any customer inquiry from you via email. We have thoroughly searched our inbox, including our spam folder, and no emails from you were found. To clarify this, we have also provided a screenshot of our customer service inbox in our email response.

Our online chatbox is available to assist customers outside of working hours, and I can see from your chat conversation TODAY that it directed you to our email address, cs@juliemay.co.uk, for personalized support but we DID NOT get any emails from you.

If you have sent an email that we somehow failed to receive, please let us know immediately so we can investigate any potential technical issue. Typically, we respond to customer emails within 2-3 working days and always strive to resolve issues as quickly as possible.

Regarding our return policy, we absolutely stand by our commitment that customers can exchange as many times as needed to find the perfect fit.

Our unlimited return policy is designed to give you flexibility, and we also provide a detailed fitting guide on our website. I PURCHASED FOUR BRAS IN THE LAST MONTH BECAUSE I LIKED THEM. THE BRAS ARE NICE AND ONCE YOU WEAR THEM YOU WON'T WANT TO WEAR ANYTHING ELSE.

They are a new level of bra. Silk lining is kind and organic cotton much softer. Underwires are not magnetic so you dont get 5G 24/7 buzzing round your boobs.

Cannot recommend highly enough!

As someone with sensory issues, bras have always been a nightmare for me. Now that I've worn a JulieMay bra I don't think I'll ever go back to another brand.

100% worth the investment. Just make sure you measure yourself correctly and don't guess the sizing; but if you do get it wrong, they accept returns so you can always exchange :-)

Watch out for returns policy

Watch out for returns policy. Deduction of £6 off the price I paid and you pay for postage return. The Bras are made of nice soft material but cup section is not supportive.

Regarding your order KS1911, we have already explained to you on the 19th April 2022, the £6.00 amount “difference” shows on our return system is the 10% off discount you have received on your order.

So the bra is £52.00 and you paid £46.80 after the 10% discount, thats why you received the full amount of £46.80 for the refund.

I have also sent you a refund for the return postage £4.45. You have confirmed the receipt of the return postage refund on your email on the 20th April, 2022 as follows:

“Dear Tiffany,
I apologise for my error over the total amount. I have received the correct refund and postage with thanks.”
