Julian Christian Ltd Recensioni

We recently had our Julian Christian garden room installed, and from our initial enquiry right through to completion, the entire experience was faultless. The quality and attention to detail in the structure itself are second to none - it has completely transformed our patio and garden area.

A special mention must go to the installation team who arrived bright and early. They were incredibly polite, professional, and worked tirelessly throughout the day to get everything finished to perfection. They treated our garden with complete respect and left the site completely clean and tidy before offloading.

Top-tier craftsmanship paired with outstanding customer service from start to finish. We are absolutely thrilled and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Julian Christian to anyone looking for a premium garden building!

We purchased a garden summer house from them and when we had problems with the heater soon after installation, the first response we had was that they would post out replacement filaments. Fast forward several months - no filaments had arrived. We were then told sorry they will be posted that day. Still no filaments. Several more phone calls and months went by with excuse after excuse. Then we were told they had changed suppliers of the heater as they were unreliable so they would send me a new heater. My building was installed in Sep 23 and to date (Oct 25) not only am I still waiting for the replacement heater, when I call (many many times) I get no further than the switchboard. DO NOT go near this company if you expect to receive any level of decent customer service.
