No support from new owners
2 - 52V batteries are dead from previous company. Contacted new owners who said they couldn't help. They're more interested in selling you a new bike. There's no way that I would buy anything from them, if that's the kind of customer support they offer. How complicated is it to replace batteries on the older models? It they won't support the older Juiced Bike models, then they shouldn't be called Juice Bikes

Crashed it into the back of a car
This is my first ever e-bike, and I would hands-down say that it is worth the money. I live in a very bikeable city, and this thing has been my little ripper that I use to get to work, the park, the grocery store, and just about anywhere in my city that I want to go. The fact that it looks sick is just an added bonus
I was riding to the gym today when I crashed it into the back of a car, and it had very minimal damage, to my surprise. This thing can handle more than I can throw at it, which gives me a layer of mental security that many other bikes could not deliver.
Overall I'm expecting this bike to last a very long time, and I am satisfied with my decision. (My girlfriend even got one too)

Fast shipping. I’ve also used my warranty three times and the process was very easy and parts were shipped to me immediately. Your customer service will keep me in the juiced family, for sure. It means a lot to have a company have your back and immediately respond and get you fixed up. Please keep up the amazing work! The bike itself is flawless and will keep me rolling for years and years.

My personal experience buying from juiced.
My whole experience with juiced bikes has been excellent. From when I first purchased the e-bike through their website with ease to when I reached out to the company with some extra questions on things. Everyone at juiced bikes was able to get back to me as soon as only a few hours versus other companies that take days. I am extremely pleased and very happy with my purchase through juiced and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new e-bike. I am very happy that juiced is located in the US so whenever I need help they're able to get back to me ASAP and that's great.

Nice bike but a 3 pin charger is junk
The bike is nice and easy to put together. Everything looks tough and the suspension is really good at 5’5 130 lb female , my wife’s bike . What I don’t like is the three prong charger I have to plug in . This is definitely cheaply made and makes no sense why they would make it that way. I can easily see that breaking in the future. That’s the biggest downfall. The charger should’ve been a single pin .

Throttle snapped off mid ride
When I got the bike, the box was alittle banged up but nothing to bad, and it was a really good bike untill my throttle broke off. I don’t know if it was a faulty throttle or some how got hit by something but the throttle fell off mid ride. Lucky I could peddle back home but I’m just kinda annoyed that I spent a lot of money on this bike and something so simple as the throttle broke after only about a week or so of owning it.
