Juiced Bikes Recensioni

Bike was easy to remove from box and easy to assemble thanks to great YT instructions. Unfortunately the throttle clamp was broken and with great support I received a replacement within a few days after notifying them of the damage. Two other things that needed attention. 1, was the Velcro strips lining the seat underside to protect the frame rails from being scuffed or the seat making noise, are moving out of place due to the adhesive melting away and making a sticky mess. Maybe some rubber 3M strips like on the chain stays would've worked better. 2, I had to re-route the controller cabling at the controller to allow better removal of the battery. That area is a tight squeeze on the fingers to get the battery past them. Every thing else is FIRE! Love the lower weight and agility of this design. The power level is perfect for a LEGAL e-moto-bike. :) This is my quick "go-to" bike for those JONES'IN rides to satisfy the soul, because it charges quickly for a full charge ride. It's great to see a American e-bike company producing a quality equipped e-bike at a reasonable price point. 5 thumbs up, and 5 hearts (for lovin' it)

Great price great shipping...only thing missing was custom name plate.

Good bike they just don’t ship warranty parts or provide tracking numbers at all

All the kids on the block have these now it great seeing all the kids on the juiced bikes! My son worked really hard to save up enough money to get one, and he absolutely loves it. He says the range is unreal, he’s able to go for miles on this thing!

I feel much more at peace knowing this bike is legal for his age and that he won’t get pulled over just for riding it. Delivery was also super fast, it took only about 3 days to arrive. I’m assuming assembly was pretty easy because he was out riding within an hour of receiving it! The suspension is a great addition i personal have a hard tail e bike and now hope to get one of these things now!

Definitely worth it

What an awesome bike, it's a ton of fun!

This ebike is everything and more...no doubt about it!! Everyone keeps saying great for kids, which they're not wrong but Im 53...its great for anyone....just built better, the throttle is on point and its fast...suspension speaks for itself(got full)...and I love how this rides...fast and zippy....worth the money...plus the bike looks sick!!

I researched so many e-bike companies and the common issue most reviews complained about was customer service. When I got to the end of my list, it was Juiced bikes. I was so close to giving up on searching online. Then I decided to call the number in the website a real person answered an awesome person by the way! He was super friendly answered my 1 thousand questions. Then I gathered all my pros and cons list and Juiced bikes outshined everyone!! It shipped so fast, super easy to put together. We haven’t stopped using them since they arrived! No joke, this was the best customer service experience even after my purchase when I had more questions lol I just had to leave a review with the exceptional service they provided!!!!! Happy riding and definitely get juiced bikes!

The bike is just an awesome machine and so much fun to ride.
The best part is when we had a small issue with the bike. The team at juiced diagnosed it with my son and sent a new part at no charge.

Very good communication and quick shipping. I would give 5 stars but they didn't ship my name badge and the "protective velcro" on the bottom of the seat has adhesive issues and the glue has seeped out onto the bike and is a pain to clean up! Other than that the bike itself has delivered and is actually better than I thought it would be!

Customer service. A direct to consumer approach should be more helpful when problems arise. I bought a brand new bike and expected that upon delivery. However when I opened the box to multiple scratches all over the bike and contacted customer service and was met with a solution of sending me a paint pen and possibly a $50 credit towards future accessories I lost all faith in the company and the customer experience has been ruined. The bike also needed a brake bleed out of the box. I didn’t even bother trying to get ahold of customer service to handle that problem based on my first experience.

Juiced Scrambler FS Review
Very happy with the Juiced Scrambler FS. It has plenty of power for around-town riding, handles well, and comfortably keeps up with 25 mph city traffic. The 52V system gives it strong acceleration without making the bike feel difficult to control, and the half-twist throttle makes low-speed maneuvering and smooth takeoffs especially easy.
The café/scrambler styling looks great, and the bike feels much more substantial than a typical bicycle while still being light and manageable enough for everyday use. For short trips, getting food, running errands, or just riding around town, it is a lot of fun.
For the money, it has been an excellent purchase. It gives you a lot of the enjoyment of a small motorcycle or moped without the weight and complexity. Definitely recommended.

Quick response to warranty issue

Both me (46) and my 13 year old love this bike. It is fun to cruise on, and also fun to take thru some dirt trails. We have to play rock / paper / scissors every time we go out for a ride.

We are selling this bikes in Santa Rosa Beach, we're impressed with the quality and performance of these bikes

Love our Juiced bikes!!! So much fun to ride and they are the best looking e-bikes & great quality! 😊

The build quality on the bikes are awesome.I bought a gift for twelve year old family member she absolutely loves the bike. How it looks.Rides performance, I would have gave it 5 stars. If it had more power , I would buy myself

Customer service from Juiced has been excellent!

Juiced bikes are willing to stand behind their bikes. We had a warranty related issue with the bike which was rectified immediately. No questions asked.

Accidentally ordered the wrong color. Customer service was amazing. Bike arrived fast, was super simple to assemble the very few pieces and came with 60% charge in the battery. From unboxing to my daughter's first ride was 15 minutes. Can't say enough about the bike!
