4 port travel charger

Bought this product in June ready for a holiday in the USA. Worked well and also, initially, when we returned home. I then found that the 3 pin interchangeable plug wasn’t always making a good connection and the various devices had not charged. I contacted Juice, provided all the product details, and they sent a replacement which arrived a few days later. Couldn’t fault Juice for their speedy response to my complaint, first class.

Pick’n’mix earphones

I bought the white pick’n’mix earphones as my other brands were broken. For the amount of money I paid I was pleased with them. They were comfortable to wear and I even forgot I had them in my ears on a long journey. Sound quality was good for the price I paid. Very pleased.

Product broke down within warranty…

Product broke down within warranty period. Contacted company who replaced item after I provided details of fault and proof of purchase. Good customer service.

Great Service, Recommended

I had an issue with a device I had purchased from TK Max.
My return date had expired with them.
I contacted Juice via e mail. I supplied details, images and explained what the issue was.

I had a prompt response with advice to try and sort the issue.
Unfortunately the device still had an issue. I contacted Juice again , a replacement was sourced and is on the way.

No support if there's a problem

I've reached out twice re a broken cable, once via email and another via their website. Nothing back. My cheaper cables have performed much better.

Charger only lasted around 2 months

***update***

I am updating the rating purely based on the customer service I have received since leaving my review. Juice have now dispatched a replacement cable which I hope lasts longer than the previous one.

Charger only lasted around 2 months. Always careful with it and just stopped charging. Contacted customer services who did not get back to me. Customer service: 0 Product: 0. Extremely dissatisfied with the charger which is not fit for purpose.

Review of the product

Review of the product. The eco green outer case split apart when I wasn’t using it. Now I’m wary of using or recharging it in case of fire. Admittedly it’s very powerful when it works but it’s a heavy lump to carry around and expensive to replace because the casing isn’t up to the task. Because I’ve had it over 2 years I haven’t bothered contacting them. I’ll buy a different brand next time.

Great Customer Services ( regarding my faulty item)

Me personally give this companies customer service 5 stars, I had a portable charger that failed within its year warranty, my dealings with Juice UK customer services, I cannot fault, I still had my receipt as bought from major retailer who keeps your purchases within there online previously bought items.

Power bank falling apart

I bought a juice power bank 2 years ago and aware that this product was no longer under warranty I felt that Juice would want know about the condition I found it in when wanting to charge it recently. The outer case looks like it has been forced open revealing the insides of the pack and it looks burnt in all four corners. It appears as if it has overheated, even though it has been sat in a drawer since my holiday last year. After writing to the company I received a reply telling me that I should have been charging it at least every 3 months, something that I had not been made aware of when I bought it. Customer service advised that as a gesture of good will, if I sent a video of the power bank showing it’s condition they would send me a new one to try. Unfortunately after passing on this information and my address details this has not materialised and they are now not responding. I am writing this review to make others aware of how to look after your power banks so you don’t experience the same problems.

Bad initial communication - improved after complaint.

**UPDATE 12/09/25**
After I posted the review below, I was contacted by (I assume) a senior member of Juice's Customer Service Team. They were suitably apologetic, understanding and did go the extra mile in resolving the issues which I had - although they were unable to provide a suitable power bank. In light of this I'm changing the rating to three stars as although the situation is resolved, there were still issues which should never have happened - but hopefully Juice will be able to use this as a learning experience and will deliver better service to future customers. I've also amended the original title ("Avoid, avoid, avoid. Hopeless communication") to something which I feel is more appropriate.

Bought two Eco 4 power banks direct from their website which specifically states that there is a micro USB charging port as well as USB C - photos of the product on the website show the same. On arrival it’s obvious that there are no micro USB ports in the item. Emailed and received a terse reply so tried calling them. Their phone system has 4 options: Sales, Logistics & Customer Service, Accounts and Design. The one I need, Customer Service, disconnects the call as soon as it is selected and the other three options ring without ever being answered.
I eventually managed to get a prepaid label and returned the items but have had no acknowledgment of their return nor confirmation that a refund will be issued. Emails remain unanswered. My next step will be Oxfordshire Trading Standards as they are supplying items which do not match the description.
Avoid this company like the plague.

Bought the juice ear pods from Tesco…

Bought the juice ear pods from Tesco come with a standard c charging slot
It’s not it only works with their cheap 10p cable so not buy you can get so much better for the same price

So a week later and only the right one works possibly the worse ear buds I’ve bought to be fair

My Juice powerbank

My Juice powerbank, bought nearly 2 years ago had stopped charging up. Without much hope I emailed them to express my disappointment and they sent me a new one within a couple of days. I just had to provide proof of purchase, photos of the powerbank and send them my address. Highly impressed with their customer service Would recommend them to anyone.

C type Charger port broke

Contacted Juice Customer service as my power bank C type charger port was not working and I need to use this power bank for my job, they sent me out a new juice power bank absolutely incredible customer service !!!! This is why I choose Juice Products!!!!

Bought a 1m & 3m braided juice…

Bought a 1m & 3m braided juice lightning charging cables, both were deficient. When either was plugged into the phone the charging symbol came up but both cables failed to actually charge the phone. Don’t recommend this product

Purchased charger with built in wire…

Purchased charger with built in wire for iPhone 7 days ago literally doesn’t charge anymore, didn’t bend it or abuse it at all as used for brand new phone and now it’s intermittently charging for 1 second then stopping. Triple checked different outlets and triple checked my lighting port. Nothing wrong no debris. It’s the charger just being terrible and horribly made

Powerbank wasting charge by keeping itself nice and warm

I purchased a Juice 5000Mah powerbank and it cannot come close to fully charging my Samsung Galaxy S24 which has a 4000Mah battery. Indeed, to charge my Samsung to 50% takes 71% of the powerbank's capacity.

Therefore, if I accept the powerbank is 5000Mah, it got through 71%, or 3550Mah, to put 2000Mah of charge in my phone.

To put it another way, only around 56.5% (or 2825Mah) of the 5000Mah claimed capacity actually gets to my phones battery.

Where is the remaining 43.5% of the power going? Well as other reviewers have said, it gets hot and there's just no beating the 7th law of physics which includes 'Energy is neither created nor destroyed; it only changes forms.' Put simply for the context of a powerbank, the heat created is just energy loss.

Now I know and accept that no powerbank is going to be 100% efficient due to, mainly thermal, losses when using it to charge something. However, having owned 3 powerbanks before this one (1 Duracell, 1 Energiser and ironically 1 Juice), none of them has come close to putting off as much heat as this one does and it'll be going back to Argos for a refund.

Overall, based on my experience on the latest Juice powerbank, I could not recommend anyone to buy one.

The Juice 5000mAh power bank outputs at 5V/2.4A max (12W), and like all power banks, some energy is lost as heat during voltage conversion. With higher-capacity phones like the Galaxy S24, which requires more power to charge, you’ll notice lower efficiency—typically around 55–65% is expected. Smaller-capacity phones generally get more effective use from the same power bank. We would recommend a more powerful power bank to use with your Samsung Galaxy S24 phone. For further clarification or to discuss a possible replacement, please contact us at customerservices@juice.co.uk.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I've bought 2 Type C cables from this joke of a company, both have broken. Absolutely useless. Better off going on a Chinese site and buying a charger from there, hell at least it'd be cheaper. £6 for a cable that'll break in a month's time is unbelievable. Cable has very visibly bent at least 45 degrees in one direction, my own phone has told me to unplug the charger immediately.

Would give 0 out of 5 if I could, screw this company.
