Customer service is non existent

I placed a very large, very expensive order from this company. The clothes are cute but way over priced.

I purchased several medium skirts and all of them fit perfectly, except one. It’s HUGE. So I am pretty sure that I was sent a large. I tried contacting customer service both via email and on Instagram several times, and NO ONE has responded to my many messages. So I guess I am stuck with an $80+ skirt that doesn’t fit.

I can’t talk about the quality yet, though I am very nervous to wash these items, they seem like they will fall apart. I think I may take them to the dry cleaners, so be aware that not just buying these clothes will cost you 💲 💲 but so will owning them.

So, I really can not recommend this company to anyone.

Impossible returns

I got some cute (albeit insanely overpriced tops), BUT good luck returning anything even if the product is defective. I wouldn’t risk this type of money for something that’s impossible to return with customer service that’s very rude and doesn’t care to solve any issues.

Poor Customer Service for Damaged Item

I received a damaged product and reached out to their customer service team 3 times with no response. I tried contacting them on Instagram and received unhelpful/strange responses that did not resolve the situation. Ultimately I received a damaged product with no resolution. I would not recommend shopping with Judith March.

DO NOT SHOP

As many others have stated, this company is defrauding customers. They took people's money for products and didn't deliver those products in the stated time frame or even within 30 days per FTC regulations and didn't even provide not ONE email to customers that ordered explaining what the hold up was and provide an opportunity to cancel when clearly many packages were not going to arrive in time or in time for Christmas. I suggest everyone return for a full refund and claim a chargeback with your credit card company. They look peoples money and didn't deliver and when they did products were misrepresented and damaged. Seems like they went for a cash grab probably to pay for their new warehouse they touted on instagram and figured people wouldn't care if their items were late or damaged and that they'd hold them to their "no returns" policy.

Terrible delivery and falling apart

I ordered two Christmas gifts from Judith March on November 16th. I was guaranteed to get them by Christmas. Christmas came and went and the gifts had still not arrived and I had called customer service about this twice and was assured they'd be here by Christmas so I was very disappointed. Then on January 2nd my gift package arrived and one of the items I ordered was missing. I called customer service and explained to them how upset I was. They said they'd get the other item out asap and give me a free snowflake beanie hat. In a few days I received it those items. I also got a girl mom sweater as a gift for Christmas from Judith March. After wearing it twice I turned it inside out to wash it on the gentle cycle and all of the patches are coming off. They were just glued on nothing else to hold them in place. I will never order from this company again. It's too expensive, the delivery is awful and the products fall apart.

Horrible Experience!

I ordered from their Holiday collection. Unfortunately I hate the fit of the pullover but they have such a stupid return policy. I also bought a hat. I placed two orders on October 23rd not too far apart time wise and I ordered a sweater along with a different hat. The first order arrived and it’s definitely not something I want now. I’m mad that I can’t return it. The second order had yet to even go into production so I emailed them twice asking them to just please cancel my order. They did not respond at all. I check my email today and I only got partially refunded. I mean it’s literally almost Christmas. I don’t need it so why the heck can’t you just give me a full freaking refund! I regret ever ordering from this place! The fact that they can’t respond to their emails. I mean I’m sorry if they got mad that I wanted to just cancel my order but since I placed both orders on October 23rd and only received one is just absolutely ridiculous! I really would like some answers but I highly doubt I’ll get that. This company is a freaking joke! I will not ever be ordering from them ever again!

As I feel defrauded I really wish I could give 0 stars, yet that isnt an option

I know I should have looked at reviews. However, I took a shot on supporting a small, woman owned business. I was hoping to stimulate our economy a bit and looked for small businesses with locally made products. So, "Hand Made in Alabama" was a reason for me. I would say customer services is horrible. However, it appears the only customer service is in the form of auto generated emails once your order is placed and you are billed. After that, you are ghosted. I ordered seasonal items that were not customized. I did not select any item listed as "currently out of stock" and only one item listed as "few remaining". After waiting 15 days for the email with shipping info, I began reaching out via email. I went back on their business site and saw them guaranteeing items ordered by today will be received by Christmas. Mind you this was on December 12th No response to email for 2 days, so I called. No response so I went to look at a way to reach them and had to go to social media to see a blanket "thank you for your business our items have been held up at customs with a pick of pallets of garments being received at the business". The message also stated that items ordered by 12/11 will be received by Christmas which is far less than the time many of us waited. Now, I had to address the issue via social media. That is a crazy way to run a business. Why even have a business email address and phone if you will only conduct business online. Anyway, as I stated the garments were held up at customs per the company which means they CANNOT BE MADE IN ALABAMA. Even with that notation under the pallets of garments they received, they repeated that items take 2 weeks as they are hand made by part time only employees in Alabama. How dumb do they really think the consumer is? Now the bigger issue is that all of my items are seasonal and ordered for holiday parties and a trip. Yet, I have no idea when I will get the items, have only Christmas day left to wear them unless they arrive at my home in about 36 hours before my planned trip (a trip I planned on wearing at least one ordered item). So, I inquired about just getting a refund. I mean if you just go the garments you haven't had time to embellish them as I requested a refund 2 days before you acknowledged receipt of the items. Also, hand made in Alabama and hand embellished in Alabama are very different. One implies a work force to create the garments. I wanted to support a business who is feeding local families with adequate employment. Instead, they farm out the manufacturing to another country and use part time, unbenefited employees to iron on patches or tack on fringe. Very deceptive and seems like fraud to me. I'm not sure the legalities of saying something is hand made or made at a location when it is clothing that is only embellished there. However, based on the social media response and these reviews, I have a feeling the owner of the company will be consulting to find out just how far those claims are allowed to go.

I cannot include a photo. I have received 0 items but 1 DM asking for my order number after I commented on facebook about being ghosted after they took my money. Sadly, that number was included in all emails and voicemails left over a 5 day period.

Beware!!

Beware!!! You cannot return or exchange anything! It take FOREVER to get your order and the sizing is not right! What they have on the website is completely wrong, the way it looks on the models is not correct! I ordered a sweatshirt that’s normal length on a model who they say is 5’8”. I’m 5’6” and it’s literally a crop top! I will never wear it. Online it says the length is 27”. It’s 20”! Way better places to order from where you get it on time and the clothing actually fits. It looks like I ordered kids clothes (so short and wide)!

I finally received the sweater today Nov 29th, ordered on Nov 3rd. The quality is horrific, although basically everything has a letter attached phrase, it's considered not returnable? That's pretty much everything since that's what they do. Customer service doesn't respond for a week, phone number provided is not available
