Chris is the only MT that I go to anymore.
He’s taken the time to listen and learn me. Chris has excellent technique which helps to promote increased mobility. Many times, I’m barely able to walk into my appointment, due to excruciating pain. But I end up walking out of there, much more upright (not hunched over and guarded), with decreased pain and a smile on my face instead instead of crying from pain. Dealing with chronic pain and actually BEING in pain 24/7 truly takes a toll on you mentally, not just physically.
I was diagnosed with chronic back pain, due to MVA in 2010. Since then I’ve had 4 spinal surgeries. The most recent was 11/2021, which I am still recovering from. I have also been diagnosed with fibromyalgia and chronic migraine.
I’ve seen quite a few MT over the years, from many different places. These experiences were a waste of money and time for me. Some of them even caused me increased pain, even though we spoke beforehand about the issues I was having at the time.
Chris has been the only MT to provide relaxation, increased mobility, and pain relief for me. He listens to me during every appointment, asks questions, and makes suggestions on what I can do afterwards to continue to feel better. No matter how long this wave of “feeling better” will last for me post-massage, I always look forward to it when it comes!

I cannot rave enough about how amazing Maribel was. She was gentle yet got out all of the knots. She was receptive of my needs and concern areas.
I would give 5 stars but it was hard to truly enjoy my experience because of the male therapist in the next room was very loud. It was off putting hearing his conversations , and laughter, and instructions. It lasted the majority of the massage which really put a damper on my first time and experience there.

When I expressed my concerns to the woman in the front , she agreed with me but nothing was done.

Coleen was sweet and attentive, however she was Given a very cold room to work in and with no music. People come to a spa to relax and enjoy and receive service requested. I don’t think it’s fair for the employee and for your customers to freeze in a cold room with no music. Front desk staff was also very nice but was also freezing.

I purchased the laser package and I have two more sessions left I love the results so far.

As always J sterlings provide the best massage experience. I’ve been a frequent and loyal customer since the Altamonte location, happy the Lake Mary location opened much closer to me.

Today i had a couples masssge!! And Shannon & Tony was AMAZING !! Left our body feeling amazing 😍 very firm and to the point ! They worked the peppermint aroma therapy in perfectly !
