Brilliant experience from start to finish. Very fast delivery for a fully specced bike, very personal service with hand delivery and great communication thoughout the process. Josh could not have been more helpful. Thanks J’s!

The light I ordered was out of stock - Elliot contacted me on the day after being unable to locate the product, arranged an alternative and dispatched very quickly. Customer service was really excellent and responsive. Also grateful for Josh's quick email reply.

This company is really helpful. They are helpful and offer gopd advice. My bike came online and well packed. I would recommend and would use again. They are doing a good job.

Brought a bike from J’s cycles it was cheaper than anywhere else, built it and next day delivery. Ordered some pedals for the bike they told me I had £15 credit which is very honest and so that made the pedals even cheaper and again got them next day. They reply to emails very efficiently too. I would highly recommend people use them for all their biking needs. I will definitely using them again.

Excellent service at J’Cycles, Wakefield

I recently bought a new bike from J’s Cycles in Wakefield and had a great experience. Josh, the manager, was absolutely excellent — knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout.

He took the time to understand what I wanted, gave honest advice, and made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. Josh is a real credit to the business and deserves proper recognition for the high standard of service he provides.

Advert for light stated free delivery but not until you get to the checkout it's only for orders over £50, so being more than disingenuous there.
And what's with 'We will prepare this item quickly and carefully and have it ready in 3 day(s). '
3 days! this is 2025 , not 1925, take the money and send it out, it's not difficult.
Did I buy it? Of course not.

Genuinely helpful, kind, personable and useful customer service. Josh took care of everything for me! I couldn't recommend J's Cycles more.

I recently bought a Pinarello Dogma F Frameset, and at the same time a Dura Ace group set which they price matched for me. I was surprised to learn they were going to personally deliver it instead of using a standard courier. On taking receipt I wasn’t expecting the bike to be built up (less wheels) ready for me. Another bonus! I even received a free saddle! With help from the deliverer who helped me get my wheels on, it took a quick check that everything was to my satisfaction.

I would recommend Js Cycles for their excellent service and communication throughout the process.

The shop gave me a call shortly afterwards to check everything went well.

Update from previous review. I received a call from the store apologising profusely for the information they provided me with. It was refreshing to get a call from the owner and every credit to him for trying to put things right. I really appreciated it.

Purchased a Scott Foil from J's and couldn't be happier with their service. They resolved a couple of issues without question and were 100% focused on me being happy with the bike. I wouldn't hesitate to reccomend them.

I bought an exercise bike for the best part of 2K. Website said it was ready to ship the next day and that it would be sent out on a 24h delivery, so was expecting it in a couple of days. We are now a month later and I still don't have it. After it not arriving when expected I emailed, I called and left an answerphone message but got no reply from either. They are terrible at communicating. I then sent a message through the website and eventually got a response and after a number emails back and forth was told it was out of stock and they were contacting the supplier. After continually chasing I eventually was told they would have stock within 10 days. We are now 12 days later and I still have no sign of the bike being delivered. I have chased and they are back to ignoring me! Interestingly the website still says it is in stock and is ready to ship the next day. Do not shop here!

Would defo recommend j cycles, all guys are very polite helpful and knowledgeable. All stores Wakefield, Knottingley and Kev at Epworth top service. I had my bike 3 weeks and I had a very unfortunate incident Scott at Knottingley was brilliant getting me sorted.

Pricks tried to scam me for a cycling water bottle. Never shipped and I even contacted them 3 times to no avail. I could clearly see my messages were left on read too. Never getting business from me ever again!

Had a troublesome carbon wheel, after much frustration the J’s mechanics showed me some delamination I wasn’t aware of. Also pointed out poor quality spokes.
I won’t buy the brand of carbon wheels again but the guys went above & beyond to sort out a warranty claim.
Many other places would just probably not be geared up to help with carbon wheels sending you away so many thanks! 5 *****

Great service from Josh, kept me informed of the delivery from Scott bikes and scheduled delivery on the date requested to account for holidays. Fed-Ex damaged the shipping box but due to the way the bike had been packed it was undamaged. Top marks all round🙂

Brilliant service. Due to accident I needed to get a replacement race bike pretty quickly. Josh was really helpful, knew exactly the right questions to ask and got me the spec of bike I wanted built. Any questions I had were answered quickly, and I was kept updated with delivery times etc. Icing on the cake is having the bike hand delivered in their own van even though I'm over 300 miles away from the store.

I was fortunate to have dealt with Josh and Chris from Js and they were very knowledgeable and helpful to all of my purchasing experience. They were also particularly forthcoming with their communication of which packages could be most appealing from a cost/benefit perspective and call backs plus the delivery service was top notch for a new high spec bike. The set up was also very pleasing via measurements and translation to the mechanics with very little to adjust at the receiving end. This would have been a 5 star review had it not been for a stock level/description discrepancy that led to some confusion about the spec of the wheels available rather than any slight on the performance of the selling team. Thought I’d just need to make this review because the shop assistant was really nice went out his way to help me rang up js cycles to check if the met Trent 3k carbon helmet was in stock yes all in stock and so I ordered it so fast the delivery packaged really well and on my sofa by 2.30pm next day great service from you guys went above and beyond my next bike I feel now from you guys thanks for the helmet arrived very happy
