Overpriced. I was charged $156 for 2 pages. I had uploaded 4 and thought I was paying for 4. They sent a translation for only 2 and claimed I only sent 2, but since it was all through their website directly, there’s no way for me to prove I sent 4.

Doug and Alessandra performed beautifully when responding to my request. Doug worked diligently to locate an Italian translator skilled in Sicilian. When Alessandra was unable to make contact with my family, she created clever and effective use of the internet and Facebook to obtain contact. The result was a beautiful and heartwarming family reunion.

We recently started a "pay as you go" contract with JR Language Translation Services, based on an increased need for recruitment and internal investigations with other languages.

We used this service for the very first time on Tuesday and it was extremely useful and a great first impression. Our translator/interpreter, Dolores, provided top line service and made the phone screen interview with a Spanish speaking candidate extremely comfortable not just for myself, but (and more importantly) for our Candidate.

After I received an email from them, I replied to point out a translation error, but instead of sending the corrected files, they responded with more questions. Because the issue fell over the weekend, it took several more days to get a response. No compensation was offered, even though the problem resulted from their initial translation error, which included sentences not present in the original document.
