Placed an order for 2 shirts,didn't realise it was my old address stored on file,I contacted them immediately to give new address but they waited 2days to tell me that it was too late to change address and they have been shipped.I have no chance of getting them now.Does anyone know who their deliveries are done by,Royal Mail for example?

Nothing but praise for this company, Bought 4 shirts on 2 different occasions, both came within 15 days , tracking working as well , shirts excellent although size up 1 size , looks as if shirts are for Asian or far Eastern markets or perhaps just to keep costs down.

i got a email thats says “ Hi I am sorry to disturb you. i am the customer service of the joywplace.com, We found that you tried to place an order on our website but it fail because of the High risk.” is this legit? can someone tell me plz

The company is legit, but they take almost 1 month for your jerseys to get delivered. Moreover, though their kits look very similar to the ones licensed by clubs, their products are all counterfeit.

I ordered a Barca shirt and it was pretty good, the order took around 18 days to come to sweden.Quality is okay ( I dont own any real football shirts to know their materials and things like that) Tip: instead of using 17track use Aftership ( it is much better and gives more info about your package)

Placed order June 4th and have been tracking the shipment and it has stayed in the same spot forever. Even made me re confirm my address and pay 30 more cents for no reason. I just want my kit man please joy w place please.

Delivery driver posted through wrong door and now we cannot get it back nor get a refund as support not replying.Awful company that use an awful delivery company!!Avoid at all costs folks!!

Great quality and great price only took 2 and a half week delivery to Ireland and that included a bank holiday

Quality is great! It says order a size up but I would say a medium is a uk medium, small is uk small etc. Came In 15 days but that included 2 weekends and 2 easter bank holidays in 2023.

I tried to place an order for a couple of shirts last night, for no reason my credit card was declined, I then instantly received an email from a third party company, "service wintopay", asking (in broken English) for further card details.
This morning I have received a message from "jofball.com" asking me to contact my bank to release the payment.
Also received a message from Lloyd's Bank telling me that suspected unauthorised attempts to use my credit card had taken place.
It all seems a bit of a scam.
