Jag avråder starkt från att köpa något från Joyogram. Adressen contact kanelbulle/att joyogram.com
fungerar inte och meddelanden levereras inte. Telefonnumret +46711243586 har inget abonnemang. Jag blev tvungen att spärra mitt kort efter ett köp på 1564 kronor och måste vänta 4–7 dagar för att kunna använda kortet igen. Pengarna är förlorade.

Flera svenska recensioner bekräftar problemet:

“Jag har försökt sen 27 dec 2025 att få ett presentkort som fungerar… ingen återkoppling trots upprepade mail.”
“Bluff! Presentkortet fungerar inte.”
“Uppenbart bedrägeri… tar pengarna, levererar ingenting.”

Detta företag verkar oseriöst och jag anser att ChatGPT borde ha varnat innan köp rekommenderades.

Jag har kontaktat er och jag har skickat mejl till er support utan att få något svar, och det är just därför jag skriver här.

Att ni påstår att min recension är “fake” eller “malicious” istället för att faktiskt hjälpa mig är mycket oprofessionellt. Jag har gjort ett köp, betalat 1564 kr och inte fått en fungerande tjänst.

Presentkortet fungerar inte.

Ingen återbetalning har skett

Om ni verkligen vill lösa detta, kan ni kontakta mig via den mejladress jag använde vid köpet eller ge ett konkret svar här och nu.

Tills dess står jag fast vid min varning till andra kunder.

In this disconnected world we live in, it's so very refreshing to find something that joins us as humans in a truly intimate way. I use it in both a personal and professional way. Heart-warming and brilliantly easy to use. Cannot recommend this highly enough! 10/10

It was very easy to create an e-card and share the link so that other people could add to it. The creation of the card was a seamless experience. I liked the customization options (adding images, gifs, changing fonts, etc.). The payment process was a little confusing because I was only purchasing one card, but it didn't take me long to figure it out. I'll use joyogram again.

This was such a welcome surprise. Joyogram is a very fun and enjoyable way to spread joy/celebrate friends who don't live nearby anymore. I love how customizable the cards are and how you can always bookmark it to revisit later!

Joyogram made my day! I work for a NJ based company but have offices in 4 other states - and they all were able to send me indivdual GIFs and messages under one card link. It was a great surprise and truly made my day knowing the entire company took a few mins to make my day special. We will be using this going forward for everyone's birthday. Excellent quality and the recipient loved it! I couldn't be more pleased. Only negative is it was pricy at 10USD for just one credit, but it's worth it for a group.

I love using Joyogram! It's a fun tool, easy to navigate and a nice touch to share a greeting or message board with friends or colleagues. Jason the Founder is also great to work with and really responsive.
