We will be forever grateful to the people at Joyful Pets and the service they provide. They were a comforting voice through one of the toughest decisions of our lives, and were extremely thorough in capturing our dog Louie’s entire background and personality to ensure they could find her the right fit.

Though they were realistic with their expectations, they were confident they could find a new home for Louie despite her medical and behavioral issues. Their services were reasonably priced and worth EVERY penny. Because of Joyful Pets, we were connected with Lori, a woman with previous experience caring for rescues. Lori is thoughtful, patient, empathetic, and kind—exactly who you would want to care for your best friend, and the type of person you can expect to meet through Joyful Pets.

Thank you again to Joyful Pets for coming through when we needed it most, and making it so our story with Louie has a happy ending.

I recommend Joyful Pets Rehome With Love service very, very highly. I was struggling for months to rehome my cat. I posted on various platforms, reached out to friends, family, neighbors and rescues, and nobody could help. I thought our cat was at a disadvantage as a black adult cat. As soon as I put my information on RWL, so many people showed interest. They really are good at highlighting the best of your pet and posting your pet in more places than you could yourself. The cat is now with great people who are taking great care of her.

Wish we would have found them sooner. Our former cat Frank was marking all over our house but we knew he wouldn’t do well in a shelter - he just needed to be in a single kitty home. Joyful Pets understood, worked with us and is the only reason Frank has been successfully rehomed and is thriving. No marking in his new home a whole month on! We recently made the heart wrenching decision to rehome our little dog. We chose to go with Rehome With Love. We are so glad that we did. I highly recommend their service for anyone who wants state of the art methods as well as personal heartfelt help in each step of the process. Lauren and Janine were always an email or phone call away with understanding and practical support. If we had tried to do this the conventional way, which we did at first, listing with a do it yourself site, a local rescue group or through friends and social media, we would still be searching. The service gave us the support we didn't know ahead of time that we would need. It was amazing how it all came together. She has been in her new home a week now and we just heard from her new family who says she is assimilating quite well and they are thrilled to have her. Highly recommend.

Joyful Pets gave us peace of mind when we were faced with the hard decision to rehome one of our cats. I signed up to re-home my Shizu. I had tons of interest about Charlie. Yesterday Charlie left with his New Family. 4 young ladies, and 2 fuzzy playmates at home. I know that he'll be Happy and well cared for. Joyful Pets are extremely helpful, caring, and responsive to everyone. I Highly Recommend them.
