Ordered 2 sweaters for a Christmas gift. Got an email saying if I wanted the items to arrive before Christmas I had to purchase “express shipping” an extra $35 US. Which I did. Items arrived Dec. 30th…. And now Jan. 22 I have received a bill from Fedex for Duties for these damn sweaters! No where on my invoice does it say duties may occur. All these extra costs were NOT worth the cheap Chinese materials. DO NOT SHOP HERE! Better products at Walmart.

Ordered the Hyland printed bedspread for a king size. I was sent a queen size by mistake. I let them know and they sent another queen. I asked for a refund and offered to send the wrong orders back. Long story short I’m stuck with 2 wrong orders and no refund. Better think twice about ordering from this company….

My package never arrived in the mail and they asked for proof, then they wanted photos of my home in front and street view, then said contact the post office it's their problem, the post office said the package was lost and the seller will refund me. They refuse to refund me or send me another hat. I am out 60 dollars canadian and they refuse to do anything about it. Avoid these crooks like the plague

I got exactly what I wanted , softest warmest hoodie I have ever got .
How ever I ordered a second one , and this one was spelled a little wrong !!!!
Customer service emailed me back within minutes of me sending them the pic , ordered a second one free for me with all errors corrected !!!

I purchased 2 chicken print shirts that cost $65 each, described as linen fabric - they are synthetic!!! I can't wear them as I have a skin allergy. I tried to return them in original packaging, unworn, and labelled and they emailed back they wouldn't give a refund. I cited their return policy that if an item is not as described or quality, a full refund will be given. The company has not responded to any of my emails. Don't shop here!!! Extremely poor quality clothing and a Dishonest Company!!! So disappointing.

No returns policy, the chicken print shirt I bought was described as linen, cotton fabric - it is synthetic and not suitable for our Queensland weather, I tried to return it in original condition, unworn, and labelled still and they emailed back citing a non return policy. I said I would leave a bad review and seek advice from ACCC and they couldn't care less with no reply. Can I give a 0 star rating!!! Don't shop here!!! Dishonest Company!!!
